We have returned a U-Haul vehicle before with remote check-in and it went great. But this time we were picking up a vehicle with remote check out and we had some troubles. The app said to find keybox No. 4 to put the code in. We searched the whole property and could not find key box number 4. We finally called the main U-Haul number and they told us to check and see if there was a lock on the back of the truck. If the app would’ve let us know that, it would’ve saved so much time. And then when we were trying to take the pictures and submit them for checkout, the app would not upload any pictures we took. We tried all sorts of things. So we called the main U-Haul number again and he said it was probably because it was taking us so long to check in and he told us just to take our own pictures and save them in case we needed them and to go ahead and go. What we expected to be a 15 minute check out was over 45 minutes. When we checked back in later that day, the gal at the desk was super friendly. But I had to call her later that day because our truck was still not checked in a couple of hours later and we needed the receipt. She was super friendly again and got it taken care of right away. We will use this location again in the future, but with a little hesitancy. The truck was great to use and the price was fair. Thank you.

Jimmy LBe careful with this location they are always cheating on the gas money I always filled gas before return and always charged me more than $15/ each time so for 7 miles driving I have to pay more than $22 for gas each time. I didn’t pay attention but have been cheating for years
