MY rental truck had a broken muffler, it was very noisy, fortunately for me I moved few blocks from my previous home.
There was no furniture pads when I picked up - why was I charged for them when I dropped off?

The guy who helped me was very polite and got me just what i needed.
Supply the things customer asks for. I needed dolly trucks and furniture pads, I got neither. I had to call round all my friends to see if they could help

Pads and cart I ordered and payed for were not there. Key was not there waited over two hours for the key to truck while I was paying laborers by the hour to load. Phone support was non existent. I will NEVER utilize UHAUL Again so long as RYDER exists. Horrible experience and UHAUL has shown they don't care about their customers at all. I note that your ability to take payment was flawless. You just can't provide the equipment or service required What an awful company. I know you won't pay any attention to this review, you've proven that no one in your company cares enough. Goodbye UHAUL.
Nothing everything was really good
Fantastic service. The guy that helped me when I arrived to pick up the moving truck was very friendly. Also when dropping the truck off at the end of the, the same guy helped us and he was great!
Addressed my concerns and had me squared away in minutes.
Costumer service was outstanding, very friendly and down to earth.
I can't recommend a place that is 3rd party and barely able to do much for customers. HOWEVER....your regional office and traffic departments leave MUCH to be desired. One place could take the truck but not the dolly, the next place could take dolly but not the truck. And then, "Traffic" had the audacity to ask me to drive another 7 to 8 miles to a place that would take both pieces of equipment! Following instructions given to me from the Regional Office, and then being asked "a bit TOO firmly" from your traffic dept. to drive way out of my way, is simply a serious problem with your Customer Service, and UHaul's (practice?) for not taking responsibility for customer and equipment short falls. UHaul centers should be accepting ALL equipment to the center listed in the rental agreement, and then redistribute the equipment according to internal guidelines. To ask your customers to do the redistribution of equipment is VERY poor customer service, and turns any "excellent" survey marks to "poor". UHaul's employees in the field who are acquiring the excellent marks by customers don't deserve to have this happen to them, because of "internal" employees who won't or can't do what is required for the job to continue to go smoothly for everyone.
I used 1 gallon of gas and put in 4 gallons of fuel. When I called customer service about this they told me there is nothing they would do. So therefore it made the experience horrible and I wont use you again the location was great but uhaul customers service was horrible.
How about not switching me pickup locations the day before picking the truck up. I had to pay extra miles because of this.

Wally, the representative at this store, helped me with questions about my online reservation over the phone and was professional and helpful! When I arrived he put me at ease with his friendliness and educated me completely around my 4 hour rental in merely minutes. I was very pleased with my whole uhaul experience! My final bill was emailed quickly after I Departed the store

The gentleman at the front desk took amazing care of us throughout the rental process!
Have someone who is able to work under stressful situations and or someone who knows what they are doing.
Manager in duty was very nice and hep is through the process when are reservation was lost. Seemed to genuinely care about what was going on.
The rep who rented me the truck did not come look at it with me like every time before at other locations. There were a few big dents on the front bumper. My biggest issue with the rental though, was that the bed was not cleaned. All it needed was to be swept, but again, the rep did not look at it with me, and I was in a hurry to get going. I felt the truck should have been ready to go or give me a discount for being dirty. I will most likely rent from Uhaul again, but not this location.
