I returned my truck after hours. My son and I both checked to make sure we had the correct amount of gas to return. When I received my revised contract in the morning it was incorrect. I emailed the contact person and it was handled right away. I have used this location always when someone in our family moves and will continue to do so based on how we are treated. The staff does a great job.

They stepped up to assist after my original location called and said my truck wa not there! Then they wanted me to go into Buffalo to get my truck. I live and am moving South of Buffalo. Weat Seneca was very accommodating on short notice! Kudos to them.

The woman behind the counter was beyond rude. My reservation was not ready. I took the time to do express check in. Nothing was saved in the system and she continued to argue with me. She kept telling me my credit card expired in 1999...I wasn’t even old enough to have a credit card in 1999. Not only was your customer service unacceptable but the truck was as well. There is no way the tires would pass a state inspection. They were visibly bald and you could feel it while driving. The transmission was slipping. Luckily it was for a local move...Definitely did not feel safe! Will use Budget in the future.

Billing and payment need to be updated. I paid $73.37, which included 15 miles, in the store and when I did the self check-in after the use of the truck, it charged me again for the full price of $126.77. All I should have been charged when I brought the truck back is the overage in miles (23 x .79 = $18.17). The overage charged caused an overdraft on my account which will cost me $38.50. I am completely not happy

Everyone was very pleasant. I picked up my truck at the appointed time but was informed there had been over booking so if I had been moments later and another reservation came before I would not have had the truck available. You had my credit card # and it was my understanding that was adequate to insure my reservation. This would have been catastrophic had I not have had my reservation honored. Now I realize all went well for me however future moving plans will be in question. I did get excellent advise on packing products and the products were reasonable in price and good quality.

I was extremely disappointed with my uhaul experience. I reserved my uhaul and spoke to someone confirming a location in Lackawanna. My husband and I showed up at the location and the doors were locked. They were closed. We had to drive to the orchard park road location and pick up the uhaul which was out of the way. As I am glad they were able to accommodate us, this is a problem that should not have happened in the first place. On an already stressful day this added more stress. The only thing that was done for us to help with our inconvenience was that the fuel level was adjusted so we didn't have to put gas in it when we returned it. Having a uhaul was supposed to be helpful and I am disappointed in the service we received even after we were inconvenienced.

My reservation was changed (location and time) without any notification had it reconfirmed after multiple phone calls the day before was sent to Hamburg location which was CLOSED all day (10/7) and thankfully was able to be rescheduled immediately (although later than originally planned) at the West Seneca location. Will use another service in the future

In person customer service could use some work. First man was texting and asked me to hang on a second; pointed to 4 identical looking trucks under a tree and tried to tell me me which one to take. I ended up taking the wrong one- the only reason I figured that out was because the mileage was wrong. The rep on the phone ( when I finally got the right one) was VERY nice a helpful. She did a great job and for me on my way. When I got back, the second d guy I dealt with didn't even say hello; I had to greet him. Basically, he just was not all that personable or friendly- not like a customer service rep should be. I'll go back because it's really the only one nearby, but they could seriously use some better people skills training.

The truck was good, should have met my needs. The movers I hired off of your site were incompetent and had to repack the truck twice. Took extra 5 hrs of time to move. They damaged my tv stand less than 2 years old, damaged my couch the walls of the apartment. Never again

First, i signed up online a few days prior to the day I needed the uhaul. I selected the date and time and truck I needed. Somehow I got a text confirming the complete incorrect time from what I selected (I chose 10:30 am and i got a text for 6:30pm). I called back the next day (the store was closed, so I had to call the following day) and could only get a uhaul 2 hours after I wanted it. That was fine, I should have tried signing up for one earlier than I did, but the website should have more accurate times that different trucks are available and clearly there is some glitch with the site. I wanted a 26 foot uhaul, which it was confirmed that I was getting one, only to hear that when I showed up (I didn't show up late I showed up about 15 minutes early) the only thing they had was a 15 ft truck which means I'd have to make more than one trip because everything wouldn't fit. The employee said it was completely their fault and he saw the truck was signed out to two different people prior to this. It was super inconvient. I got a $20 discount but am still super dissatisfied with this. Like do you guys let two people sign a truck out at the same time so that you can still get business from people? You guys definitely need to create a more organized system because it really sucks for customers trying to coordinate a move. This was a terrible expirence.

scheduled a 17 foot truck was told I was good to go and got a 10 ft...had to do multiple trips and it cost me 50 extra dollars.....truck smelled like smoke...i am allergic it was bad
