My original drop-off location was basically a desolate shack with not a soul in sight. I got there right before 5 pm. and I couldn't drop it off there because there was no one there to help me, nor was there any space to drop the trailer off. So I called customer service, and I was sent to another location. When I got there, the situation was similar, with one difference. I found little space where I could drop off the trailer. However, the dropping off was made hard as there was no one there to help or any equipment to get the trailer off. I had to use some ingenuity to get it off and left it there, but it was far from a good experience.

Piece of shit owners scamming people
James AWithout warning or explanation in the app, picking up at this “location” involves actually going to a gas station a 1/2 mile away to get your keys and then going back to the lot to get your truck. Kinda ridiculous. The app says go here, then go “inside” in an empty lot.
DANIEL DAll of the paper work was incorrect , i had tk ride to a different location just to get the truck, i returned it and closed out the contract it still charged me for a whole other day and it was never in the location on the paper work. I would never rent from there again
