There should be an info sheet to read ahead of rental explaining fees and expectations. It was very confusing.

Gaylynn H.You can begin by accurately displaying your actual prices. I placed an order for a 17' truck, was brought through the entire process to believe that this was a possibility. Got to the location, and they had legitimately one truck that was 10'. This was listed at $39. Please tell me then, how a 5 hour truck rental cost me $136???? And 99 cents a gallon?? You have to be joking. Absolutely never, ever again. Stay far away from any piece of uhaul property, thievery at its finest.
Thomas M.I could have used a hand during the hook up of the trailer. I needed to move the trailer by hand to get it to a spot where I could attach it to my car. Very friendly service though.
