The people that worked at this facility went above and beyond to help us they even loaned us their ramps because we had none and we were picking up my sons mechanic tools and it was just me and my daughter and they put the ball on the hitch because we were unable to do it and they said if we couldn,t get it out they would do it for us.

I explained that my pickup location had been changed to a location further away from where i was loading the truck with my father in law's belongings. I understand u hauls policy is the trucks csn go out with only 1/2 tank if gas. I ferl i should have been given a truck with a full tank. Should have been asked at least if they wanted me to fill it up full. This 1\2 policy is a huge inconvenience when you are moving a sick family member on a budget. Filling the tank full before return...which fell on a pay day...would have been better than almost running out of gas & overdrafting to make sure we got home safely.
