The reason for this low review is that it was not mentioned by the agent, that the mileage rate for renting a vehicle is different Monday-Thursday vs Friday-Sunday. It turned out to be half again as much per mile as my previous rental. (.89 vs .59 previous rental). It adds up! The print is very small on the contract, I just didn't take notice of it. Had I realized this prior to renting, I could have rented any other day of the week, if the agent had mentioned what the mileage rate was going to be. I had no reason to expect that it would be any different than my prior rental experience. I feel gouged, and I'm unhappy about it!

Kim was great; very knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely return for future rental needs. Inside of enclosed trailer was very slippery with snow on shoes and boots. It would be good if U-Haul put some anti-slip tape on the bare sheet aluminum floor. It would also be good to have a tongue jack. In these litigious times, I am surprised to find these safety items missing.

The trailer, 6' x 12', did not have a tongue jack. This is a heavy trailer to lift for disconnecting. Get ready for lawsuits, lower back injuries.

The pickup location was 45 miles, one way, from my preferred choice. I believe the 4X8 foot is not a common trailer.

I locked my keys in the truck and was stranded. I call customer service and was disconnected the first time and hung up on the second, in the last 5 years I have used uhaul at least that many times and luckily I have not had to call for help or service. It was 30 degrees and I was stranded in a lot. I will never use or suggest uhaul to anyone that I know.

Uhaul is terrible and I'll never use them again - they do not know how to do their job. Horrible customer service. No one was helpful and they didn't go above and beyond doing their job.
