We rented a 15’ box truck. Overall we were happy. The one thing we had a major issue with is that there was not a blind spot mirror for the passenger side. This caused a huge issue with merging right on the freeway. Without being able to see properly we almost caused a major accident getting into the middle lane. We would think that all trucks would have this for ease of use and safety of all.

Always very understaffed. There is a very long line during peak hours. If you guys just have 1 more cashier this would make everyone have a much better experience

Be organized. The staff needs training on professionalization and customer service. They should be prepared with keys for trucks prior to customer arrive so they are not struggling for over 45 minutes to get into a lockbox to get the keys delaying pickup by over an hour and slowing down the entire moving process. They staff was rude and unhelpful.

I rented 2 cross country trucks via online ads for my move to NM. Both ads said I'd receive one free month's Uhaul storage. Yet Hinds & Hinds said they did not participate in this promotion. I received nothing. Just curious to know if this is regular and normal?

Only comment would be that there weren't enough people staffed on a Saturday morning, so picking up the truck took longer than it needed to, even with ordering online. There was probably a dozen people in line and only 3 employees total on Saturday morning.

So my morning started with a call saying my truck wasn't available at the location I requested but there was another truck at a different location that I could use. I was very upset for a brief second before the customer service person informed me there was another truck for us to us. The transition was all handle on you end and very easy. I was happy to receive the $50 credit guarantee, but wonder if I would have gotten it, if I didn't inquire about it. All-in-all, I have a very good experience and very thing was handled very well from pickup of truck to drop off.

Even with checking in early and reservation still took 45 mins at the store???/ i wish this could not take so long. I understand there where alot of people in line........i think there should be be a reservation line. i spent a total of 5 mins with your personal getting things together. Other then that a great experiance truck was great clean and neat.check out after my move was super easy 3 mins. good experiance,

Call center needs to know what they are doing. They actually reserved the trailer I wanted and sent me to the wrong location for pick up.They wasted about 1hour of my time driving across town to get the trailer i reserved.

Uhaul cargo van was the perfect size for what we needed to move. Very comfortable. The only downfall was that we had to return it to the uhaul where we rented it from.

My trailer 5x8 had a leak somewhere in forward right hand portion of the trailer. it was raining for several hours during my travel and several of my boxes were soaked when i unloaded them.

Uhaul trailer was returned yesterday. The receptionist never closed out the order and waited until this morning so I was over-charged. Place just seems poorly managed. Need more oversight/training for inexperienced staff.

They're short of staff at this location. A message was left stating I needed to call them if I was going to keep the van longer than my reservation was for, however I had returned it an hour before they called. I tried to get through to someone informing them that i had returned the van, however they kept putting me on hold and not coming back. I called back several times and was either put on hold right away or one time when someone actually picked up they asked if I could hold, I replied "no" and they proceeded to just throw me on hold. Finally I was able to reach someone 45 mins later.

Staff was very dismissive. I was charged for mileage I didnt use. On the flip side, the facility and equipment was clean and in good working condition. I would probably use UHaul again but would not recommend the West Allis location.

The location was great and the truck was great. It was however quite a bit out of my way and I was notified of the change the day before I needed to go and help my son move. They first put me into Milwaukee which would have been terrible. They did great though and made the best of the situation.

Give the correct location where the truck should be picked up. I initially was suppose to pick up a 26' truck on 20th and State in Milwaukee. They didnt have it. It was stated that a 26' truck wouldn't fit on the lot. Thus, I was sent to 108th in West Allis. No discount for inconvenience. No apologies. No free storage offer. Nothing. It was too late for me to secure another company and leave on time. Finally, the truck had TERRIBLE gas mileage. It should never cost $500 to drive from Milwaukee to Dallas. Never. Especially when the cost of gas is $2.45 - $2.67 per gallon. The gas tank is approximately 40 gallons. The truck wasn't mechanically maintained. Done with u haul.
