The staff did not unplug the battery charger before I took it on the road. I had to drive a few blocks away from the site to go to my car because I forgot my toolbox and that's when I saw the cord dragging on the ground beside/on the right tire. I called and was guided on how to unplug it and the hood was not even securely locked up. I know that the staff felt really "bad" about this error... This error could have costed me and two passengers our lives.

It was nice to have the van warmed up on a cold day. Staff was knowledgeable. Renting the van was about as easy as could be. Some rental places are a hassle. I would have liked to have a price for unlimited mileage The windows and mirrors could have been cleaner. Overall, great experience and great rental.

This is not the location I wanted to use as my pick up location. We ended up paying a bit more for milage due to where we needed to pick it up. John was wonderful and the location was very clean and inviting. Checking in online made it even better. Thank you.

They gave me the wrong truck at first and than they gave me a truck with no gas so i had to take the truck back and when I went to pick up the truck the guy was not there even though Google said he would be open till 5 and he won't answer his phone so I'm not able to pay the money that I need to pay

You guys are excellent! Used u guys twice before and knew a 3rd time would be fine. Yes someone suggested another location but I was well satisfied my other 2 times so why break tradition?

Online check-in / pickup ridiculously complicated & did not work. Disconnected 3x when calling in for help. NO help given by telephone staff. TERRIBLE experience.

Made arrangements via phone prior to my move, and was given a "Quote" that was to be charged to a credit card number that was provided. The morning I picked up the cargo van, (Yes, it was clean and in excellent shape) I was processed as If I never made prior arrangements. Was basically "Forced" to provide another credit card number. Was also told that van had 7/8 tank of fuel. When I inspected van it only had 3/4. Had that corrected before I left. (Which added another set of papers, but with the same confirmation number). I completed my move within the next 8 hours, and began the nightmare of trying to return the van. Check-in went well, until....my final charges were stated. Final charges were way off of what I was originally quoted to be charged "TO THE CARD NUMBER THAT I ORIGINALLY PROVIDED WHILE MAKING ARRANGEMENTS DAYS PRIOR TO MY MOVE".......AND.....Now U-Haul was going to charge the card number that they forced me to provide at the time I checked in to pick up the van. When I inquired about the changes, the "Dumb bomb" exploded and the inefficient U-Haul reps instantly started throwing out the meaningless business apologies, while they played on the computer and tried to find the original agreement that was made days prior. Nobody could seem to find out who (U-Haul rep) originally made the original "Quote" and set up the van for me. As I stated earlier, I did provide a confirmation number. But I experienced that it meant nothing to clarify things as the representative continued to throw out the meaningless business apologies while they repeatedly told me that they didn't know why the person they couldn't find would give me the original quote that they did. ALL THAT THE REPS COULD TELL ME IS THAT I WAS BOUND TO PAY WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I TURNED THE VAN IN. And as I said, tried to charge the second card number that I was forced to provide when I picked up the van 8 hours earlier, instead of the card number that the person (U-Haul rep) that they could not identify through any of their records (Meaningless apologies still being thrown) was supposed to have "Confirmed" by the "Confirmation number" that I provided, yet meant nothing at this point, as I feel it never did. And to add the final handful of salt to the wound, "Holly" closed our 40 minute effort to straighten this out with "You can call our 1-800 number and try to straighten this out". I replied with "If I/We can't resolve this at a local level, I can only anticipate louder and more meaningless apologies from a national level". "A prearranged Quote is a "Quote"! If a company is in error in that process, shame on them. To put the consequences on the customer is not good business protocol. And for the same business to not be able/willing to correct the error through accurate records is more shameful, and results in survey responses such as this, and lost patrons such as I.

The professional staff was great on location, I have no complaints of the team or equipment. However, we booked movers through Uhaul Movers -- College Movers to be exact. They never showed!! I even received an email confirmation they would be there. This caused a significant issue on moving day. Our credit card was charged for the full moving amount and the charge has still yet to be removed.

I'm a regular customer and was charged $.89 a mile. When I checked on line it said the charge is $.59 a mile. When I called and questioned the charge I wasn't given the time of day. I've rented dozens of trailers and trucks from uhaul in Milwaukee, Denver and Nashville over the last year. This is my last.

i rented trailers from your company many times and this is the 3rd time in a row that i’ve had problems with the trailer. this last time i couldn’t open the door all the way up , i almost had to cancel our show because our gear was stuck inside . REALLY getting tired of getting bad trailers from you. if this keeps up i may have to find another place to rent

Make sure equipment is operable prior to having a customer come pick it up. When we arrived to pick up the trailer it wasn't operating properly, the lights weren't working correctly. They tried to have me take it anyways and call roadside service to come out and fix it or to find out if the issue was with the u haul truck or if it was the trailer, and I declined that offer seeing that it's not my responsibility to figure out why their equipment isn't working. I ended up leaving that trailer and they arranged for me to pick up a different one the next day in Waukesha. It was an inconvenience but they did compensate me for the hassle.

This truck had over 117K miles and needs to be retired. Rough ride, door weatherstripping was shot. If this is the standard of UHaul, then I think it’s time for me to look at other options. Staff was professional and the store is fine. Truck was not.
