When I got to the counter one of the reps were being trained by a manager or one with more experience. The one acting as manager was slurping on a smoothie and not acting professional by any means. He spoke quickly and I could hardly understand him. He appeared very cocky. I recently rented a truck from this same location 2 months ago and had a great experience. This person acting as a manager left both my Husband and I not wanting to interact with him. We both thought it was rude and not professional he was eating/slurping a smoothie behind the desk.

There is this guy at this location that made my experience really bad, his name is Antonio. He is so rude and insulted me for the mistake he made. He didn't care about the service that was rendered to me. Instead he caused me to be charged twice due to his irresponsible and disrespectful manner. He doesn't seem to get along with other staff either.

I had a reservatiin to get a 6x12utility trailor for 7 am the manager didnt show uo to ooen the store until almost 8 am which put me over an hr behind schedule. When i asked the manager if there woukd be any comoensatiin he got an attitude with me and argued with me that he wasnt that late. This is also the second time this has happened to me at this location. Where bobody was there to ooen the store on time. I am. Erry dissapoi ted with this ubaul locatiin and will probabky never use ubaul again due to 2 bad experiences.

Truck Was Dirty Needed Oil Change Indicator One Of The Employees Was Rude I Dropped Off At 3:30 - They Said 4:10

We came in at exactly 9 am...there was only one gentleman behind the counter....and one out in the yard....neither of which who were scheduled to be working that day....three employees called in while I was standing in line....the employee who actually showed up had to tell them that they were supposed to be at work 45 mins ago....I over heard the gentleman behind the counter letting one of the no-shows know that they left the store unlocked the night before. A tire was flat on our trailer....(customer just dropped it off flat...not employees fault)....the two guys that were working that day weren’t even supposed to be there that day....but they came in! The purpose of this review is to let you know that those two employees should be recognized for their efforts to put the U-Haul brand in the best light possible. Kudos to them.

I felt horrible for the kids working there. It seemed like they were good kids, with inadequate or little training at all. I didnt even get a look over of the vehicle, so i noted stuff myself to make sure i wouldnt be charged for things when i returned the rental. Also, the kid wrote 4000 some higher mileage than what was on the truck when i got it so i had to go back in and tell them. They also did not tell me about the 'tow haul' button and i did not know what to do...thankfully, i just drove in that mode to my house a mile away and my fiance figured out how to turn that off. Was a very disappointing and stressful experience, on top of moving already. And like i said, the kids were trying...just seemed like they had no clue and had to keep asking the 'manager' that seemed bothered to have to keep answering their questions.

Getting hooked up, that was up to me. After finishing up inside at the counter I was told to go out back to the trailer (I knew where it was) so I drove around and pulled right up. I waited for some time and then got out to see if anyone was coming to hook me up, no, waited a bit longer, maybe another 10 minutes, I hooked it up myself. I drove around to the front and someone came out thinking I was returning, that was fast. Told him no I was just leaving but wanted him to inspect to make sure I did it right, he did inspect and said I was fine. When I brought it back I stopped in front so they could see I was back to return the trailer, no one came out so I drove around back to where I had hooked up the trailer, unhooked it and put it back just where I had found it. Parking for your own vehicle was terrible you had to drive 2 buildings away park over in HOBOs parking lot that was strange and they were short staffed.

The truck smelled of what I would describe as dog poop. It was a horrible experience driving, loading and unloading the truck due to the smell. We could not stand to be in the truck for long periods of time. Worst experience I have ever had with a truck rental.

Untrained staff at check-in. Manager actually seemed to be kind of surly. At check-out it got worse. The young woman at the counter did everything possible not to expedite check-out. In fact at one point she put her head down on the counter and acted like she was taking a nap. This was a very strange experience. Staff did NOT appear to be trained in Customer Experience. Done with this location.

A employee told me to pull up to the check in area, Then he jumped into another pick up and peeled out screeching tires and drove off. I think they were closed but not sure. either way I was not greeted professionally. Hope this helps so you can improve things.

The guy or manager who was checking us out was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only to his fellow co-workers but to customers. Went as far as telling a customer next to us to "Get out of his store" and proceeded to curse and talk in an inappropriate manner, was very disrespectful to his co-workers, also cussing at them (in front of us and customers behind us.) And just throwing keys at them because I'm assuming he was upset. I was embarrassed to have to spend my money there because not only am I a firm believer that good customer service is charming and appealing but so is respecting the people you work with.
