The 15' truck I rented had a check engine light that came on 10 minutes after leaving the lot. We turned around to let the manager know and possibly switch trucks. The manager informed us he was aware of the engine light, said it was a sensor thing, and we would be fine. We confirmed we wouldn't be liable if the engine was in fact needing maintenance and went on our way. It sure would have been nice to know about this BEFORE leaving the lot with the truck.SARA S.
The check in process is sooooo slow. I've used this location twice and both time took over an hour just to get a trailer even with completing the early check in process to speed things up.Douglas F.
Only one person working on a Saturday. Not his fault, but the company should require more people to be working on the weekends. We stood in line for a half to both pick up and drop off our vehicle.RYAN C.
Customer service is sub-par. On hold to adjust reservation for over 30 minutes, ended up hanging up and calling using the line to say I was making a new reservation, that line answered in 4 minutes. Guy at the location was not friendly at all. In fact, I found him rude. I have worked in the rental industry for many years, I would never hire him to work for me. I was unhooking the trailer I rented under the return tent, when he came up and said, â€œOk, so I'm going to have you drive this back over to where you got it from.â€ Then he proceeded to walk over there. As I pulled around, after having 90% of the trailer unhooked, he pointed to where he expected me to back the trailer in...in between multiple other pieces of equipment with little room for me to maneuver. He didn't politely ask for me to do any of this, didn't apologize that I was already mostly done unhooking the trailer where the signage told me to drop it, never thanked me for my business. Then when I decided to just pull up and not attempt to back it in, out of concern of maybe hitting another piece of equipment, after I unhooked the trailer from my vehicle, he said I was good to go. When I got in my vehicle to drive away, I watched him shake his head at me. Again, completely rude. I will find other places to take my business in the future. I suggest others do the same.MICHAEL S.
Manager was very helpful on how I should go about getting the quote issue figured out and agreed that a few hundred dollars more would have been acceptable but not 1300$ADAM L.

Phone app is not the best The lock on the truck with the keys was jammed and I needed help to get the keys. I was told the locks jam sometimes and it's not unusual. That was the worst part.Chadd F.

The truck I rented smelled like a dead body in the cab. The employee working was nice about it apologized to me but it was still disgusting.Darren W.
I dont know where to begin...this was the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had. The truck itself was filthy: sticky steering wheel, garbage on the seats, and reeked of cigarette smoke. I reserved an appliance dolly and furniture dolly and they made me load it by myself into the back of the truck. No one offered to help me whatsoever and it was very heavy and difficult to get up in the truck on my own. NOTHING worked. The radio was static, the clock was unreadable, none of the dashboard lights worked at night except the odometer so I had to hold a flashlight on it while driving at night just to see my speed, the side mirrors wouldn't budge so I couldn't see at all, and the power steering was clearly failing because when my foot was on the break it took 2-3 people to turn the steering wheel right or left. The brakes of the truck made the whole truck shake, NOT TO MENTION that I got PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE because our brake lights were out!! When I brought the truck back I told them all of the things that went wrong with this truck and how it was a miracle I even got my move done, they didn't believe me or even offer some sort of discount to make up for the experience!!! The worker said the brake lights looked on and everything seemed fine....I believe that the sherif and the power steering were proof enough but apparently not. Oh and to top it a off I ended up getting charged for $5 furniture pads that I never reserved nor used. I will NEVER rent from this location again and suggest others don't either unless they begin to maintenance their vehicles properly.Marissa H.

The guy in the lot who hooked-up the trailer to my vehicle and confirmed all lights were working - he did a fantastic job. Encountered and fixed some issues with wiring on my side. Refused my tip. Exceptional service!BRIAN C.

The fuel level was wrong at pickup which I brought to their attention and thought it was resolved. When I dropped it after hours they charged me extra fuel charges and when I disputed the charge it charged me anyway. The next day I had to call them to get it straightened out. I got the credit put back on my card but there was complete lack of concern for why it went wrong. I got the impression the overcharges are a regular occurrence.THOMAS B.
We were not told that dropping a trailer after hours incurred a $20 fee. Yes, it's written in the contract but when we asked about dropping it, no mention. I understand a fee for a truck with mileage and gas but not a trailer! Very unhappy!David D.
