Glad I purchased insurance. After a mile and a half of empty tow I noticed the right light socket on tow dolley was missing screws/hardware and had fallen out. I also noticed that the right side fender was clearly cracked and damaged by previous renters. Im glad I pulled over to check and made a quick parking lot "fix". The staff at this location were absolutely 💯! Good people whom helped set up and hooked up for me. Thanks, everything else went swimmingly smooth.

JERRY CRamp fell out the back when sliding out 3 times. Hit one of our movers foot once. Truck smelled like oil burning. Brakes soft. Charge for cellophane and did not receive it. Rental was delayed over an hour and they changed locations to one that opened an hour later and it was almost 9:30 instead of 8AM to pick up truck. Helpers being paid were at my house waiting and we did not get to use them to help unload the second truck because they needed to leave so had to rent for an extra day. U-Haul needs to reimburse me for the cellophane, extra day rental and the extra money it cost to get other guys to help offload the next day that was more than it would have costed me. U-Haul costed me an extra $300 dollars that it would not have costed me if they would have been ready at my original rental time.
