We should have never had to use this location. We reserved a truck at the Williston ND location several weeks in advance. We went to confirm the reservation 2 weeks prior to pickup and were told it would be ready and to come back 2 days before pickup to confirm. When we went out 2 weeks prior there were 2 trucks and auto transports sitting on the lot at Williston they were still there when we went back 2 days before pickup but we were told then we would have to go to Watford City to pickup the truck and trailer. When we got there we were charged 500.00 more than what we were quoted at Williston. It made no sense to me why I couldn't have had the truck and transport that was at Williston. To me the manager at Williston was not willing to get their equipment ready for us there because of the cold weather or he was just plain lazy. I would like a refund of the extra cost we incurred and the inconvenience of having to drive a hour both ways to get a truck that should have been ready at Williston.
