Spoke to man twice on phone and it was like pulling teeth from a cucumber. Less personality and helpful as a rock. Entrance completely obstructed from view by equipment. Very unpersonable and unhelpful. A lesson on civility, a simple hello and two-way discourse would help this business owner.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat experience on the drop off with an unman location and using the app was great for drop off.
DAVE MFor starters , the man that ran the uhaul rentals was very unfriendly. To top that off, the trailer he hooked up for us didn’t have working brake lights or turn signals and he just told us to go on and didn’t say anything. We had to drive across the country as we had no other option. There wasn’t an abundance of uhaul trailers in that area. It made my move more stressful and wasted time as we tried to figure out what was wrong with the lights. I think it was very unprofessional and unsafe to not mention the lights were not working and we were “good to go.” Very disappointed
Jennifer AThe guy who worked there was very cold and spoke very little during the pick up process. He seemed bothered we were even there to pick up the truck. It was a. Awkward experience.
Kaylee BTrailer drop was after hours.
