I was transferred back into the que 3 different times by 3 different agents. I was scheduled to pick up a U-Haul at 9:30AM contactless and no one could help me, an hour and a half later I finally was able to get someone through chat to help me out. I requested a manager three times and no one helped me, I will not be using U-Hauls services again in my lifetime unless U-Haul can make it right with a refund.
