This is no reflection of the EZ storage. THIS IS UHAUL IN GENERAL. We made reservations nearly a month ago for a pickup in PACIFIC MO. The reservations was updated to a location that was not convenient for us in South County. We live in Pacific - driving to Sikeston to Rolla . We confirmed on Friday that our new reservation was confirmed in St Clair at 1000 Plaza. The lady at 1000 Plaza laughed "stating well if the truck is returned" to us on Friday night? We did not get a call that our reservation had changed again until nearly 10 minutes before we were suppose to pick up the rental truck in St Clair at 9am and the truck was not available that we now had to go to Washington to pickup the rental truck. The Van at EZ Storage was clean but it appeared to a have a wheel alignment issue. Hours of operation need to be extended earlier than 9am and later than 12 pm.
