Make sure the computer will work correctly. Had to wait 1 hour to get truck because they could not get computer to work correctly. Then when I called them to correct my bill because they overcharged me for the transport trailer they told me they could not help me. I was sposed to pay 79.00 for it because we rented the uhaul also and they charged me 119.00 for it. I would like to be reimbersed the money that I over paid. when i asked about it she told me she could not help me but she would text me the area bosses number over and hour later she still has not done this.

I have used this location a couple times. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. They treat you like a person unlike some of the other U-Hal rental locations I have used over the years. They are an example of how to treat customers.
