The U Haul software bungled my order, giving an invalid verification code. I received a second code, entered that one; first reservation disappeared, second one verified. Yet when I accessed my account & entered the code, it was deemed invalid. Called the U Haul location, spoke to someone who said she had a reservation for the first (invalid) code, but not the second one. When I tried with her to get clarification about the matter, she put me on "hold" and directed my call to the national office, which had no record of my reservation. This is incredibly poor customer "service."

She was no Joy. After a minor customer error - she loudly attempted to scold me; snappy, agitated and extremely antagonistic. The few people in the warehouse - knew she wanted a quarrel & so did I. To the best of mh ability indisfused the situation and removed myself in order to retrieve the documents (Oh, please convert to a paperless system. SHE was extremely upset that I left My docs in the glove box. I apologize but considering a move - which anyone can attest, is a lot to juggle - especially moving out of state. The less we have to keep up with the better). Nevertheless, once I returned into the warehouse she directed me to another individual, who was so clueless. I was one of the first to arrive and last to leave. They pushed my loading time to the most minimalist, provided me with a storage unit that was in the back/furthest away from the elevator - that also required a ladder to load (also that wasn't explained to me until after I was already in the process of unloading my uhaul). Needless to say, I was not pleased. It's unfortunate that movers have to deal with this interactions during these time sensitive moments.

Upon arrival at the location it took almost 30 minutes for me to be helped, making me late for my appointment. It may be helpful on saturdays to have more than 2 people working because that's likely the busiest day of the week. The truck was clean but the right side mirror would not remain in the position necessary for me to drive safely. Every time I went over a bump it would move down and since I was driving alone I was not able to adjust it until I got to my location. Felt very unsafe and that made me bring down the rating of my entire experience. Especially as it was my first time driving a uhual and I had high expectations for the quality of the trucks. I would still recommend this location because the employees were very helpful once I was actually able to see them.

Service at the store was great. UHaul corprorate service, however, was terrible. My reservation was for 7/1/17 at the 1107 W. Broad St, Falls Church location. when i called the day before to confirm, i was told my reservation was moved to Alexandria VA but they were overbooked. i had to take off work, pick it up a day early and pay an additional day rental because of UHaul's mistake. I'm not very happy that my reservation was moved, no trailer was available, i had to pay an additional day of rental, and i lost pay at work. This was not a store location issue. this was a Uhaul website booking issue.

Big waste of time. Location is understaffed at the counter and computer system freezes, as a result customers have to wait along time. I had a pick up on Saturday and today and both visits were disappointing.

People are fine. Computer cancelled my reservation so I showed up with no available truck, although I had done early registration. Staff found one for me. Second week in a row renting at this site that the reservation system was screwed up.

There was barely room to drop off the vehicle. It took us about 30 minutes to park the truck so that we weren't blocking anything. Maybe offer extra/street parking.

The guy who pick up the van from me and he is the same guy who gave me the van was so rude and racist .he was talking to me as if yelling at me with no smile .I was scared that he might hit me for a while.baaad experience .never recommend this specific place to no body.

Real poor customer service. Lady I dealt with was rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. Plus location I came from on st barnabas road. Marlow heights location was even worse. Never using uhaul again and actual been telling all my friends and family to never support them again.

Staff asked me to make a dangerous move the would have resulted in property damage to my vehicle and Uhaul equipment. They were insistent after I refused. I had to tell them 3 times before they went and got keys

Took a long time to get the truck, didn't get a dolly even though the site said that there was one available to be rented to me, and it was a hassle getting my staff person to be able to pick up the car w/o incident to help a client who was already going through a traumatic experience. I was sick at home, and had to deal with calling both the center and 1-800-U-Haul to get it eventually sorted out. The only positive part was that the woman who was helping my staffperson who was there to pick up the truck was very professional. She was attempting to do her job as the frontline staff person, and was respectful when talking to us--even when we disagreed about what needed to happen next. I can appreciate that.
