It is obvious that someone entered bad information at the dealer.

Mark PTruck wasn’t fully cleaned out when we received it, needed an alignment badly, rear left tire TPMS was out and I believe it needs new brakes as they were being hit or miss with biting the rotors.

NANCY MWe rented a 10 foot U-Haul for one day. It was a Saturday. We were informed that they weren’t open on sundays so we would just “bring the truck back whenever”. Well it ended up getting stuck so I had to extend our rental one day. At which point they charged me for the Sunday that was out of my control anyway. Also, used 15 miles and went through a quarter tank of gas and put another $25 to get it where it was and was still charged $17 more for mileage. My total went from under $70 to over $120. I am UNHAPPY. The truck had not been maintained well and would barely drive/shift to begin with. Which I’m sure contributed to the horrible gas mileage. Also, the man stated the truck was “dirty” and never got cleaned from previous user, but sure didn’t bother sweeping it out. I don’t feel I should be held financially responsible for their lack of maintenance on their vehicles. I will never rent from or recommend S&D Tire for a U-Haul rental.
