From on-line to in-store my experience was excellent.
Hi, I had purchased moving help and rented a U Haul for Saturday, 6/27/2020 for the moving help, but they did not show/cancelled on me morning of. I want to make sure I was not charged for their lack of service. I was also unable to move and utilize the U Haul Because they did not show. I tried calling your customer help/moving help phone number, to find other moving help options and was on hold for over 2 hours and then they disconnected the call. I even spoke the road side assistance and the put the following claim in: Reference ID: 2719529 Document number: 24571062. I am requesting a refund for the U Haul truck and want to make sure I was not charged for Pro Movers for cancelling. Thanks, Chris Syslo 508-330-2290

Improve wait time and training for employees
Everything went smooth at the Oakland beach Warwick RI location. Got taken care of wicked fast.
Uhaul app did work at all. I was forced to use the in-house store.
Nothing. My rental went great with no issues.
Only complaint I have is that the cab was not clean at all.There were coffee drippings all on the dash and the seats were full of hair and lint. My son had to wipe everything down before he left your lot. I was not aware of this until we got back to my apartment because I thought he was just disinfecting some of the cab. This is the first time I have had this problem. Other than that the employees and rental service was good.
I understand if the credit card machine was down however it would have been nice to at least get a phone call prior to our arrival. I had $1500 worth of material to pick up. When I arrived and was informed of the situation I was told I could do online checkin but that was not working either. The employee was of no help other than letting me know I could cancel the reservation. Not really helpful when I had a commitment to pick up materials for that evening. He was eventually able to run my card but was not very helpful in the meantime.
It was clean but there was a lift and cardboard/styrofoam left in the vehicle from the passenger before
The person at the Warwick RI location was pleasant and helpful, albeit there wasn't much left to get screwed up at this point.
Called to say would return truck later than estimated very difficult to get thru
This was my 4th rental in about six months. It was the second time I had problems with the online return website. It never worked correctly! I spent an HOUR before a live service rep got me checked out. In the future I have to be sure to return the equipment when they are open. Very inconvenient!
Well, While sitting there parked, a bird unfortunately pooped on the passenger side window. From the looks of it this bird was probably about the size of a pterodactyl. I was really taken back and disgusted. This was not a normal bird poop. It Expanded down approximately 3/4 of the window. My concern is that this bird really needs to incorporate some more FIBER into it's diet. I am scarred for life
Pick up and drop off was quick and efficient.
Mobile pick up did not work
Rented a pick up. Truck was relatively clean. Was not a good experience this time because payment processing was down and was not able to take truck. Took over 2 1/2 hrs to pick up a $42 rental. Very disappointed. Return was fine.
Return should be explained about all the pictures to be taken. That was a bit much. Thanks

Cashier acted like I was putting him out because he had to do his job. He needs a refresher course in attitude.

Great to know you have a place here to leave the car while you move your stuff. Staff was very friendly!
