At first I was extremely hesitant to rent a U-Haul as not was it only my first time renting but also because of the reviews I've seen. But this has been a memorable first time! Will definitely rent a U-Haul again and recommend my friends!! Thanks for wonderful service. Steve is great, FYI!

Well I was not aware that this was a local truck, had I known that I wouldn't have rented it at all. Initially I went online and rented a truck from Rockland which I thought was what I was getting. I got a call, had to retrieve the truck from Warren, went back to Rockland Maine. Loaded my brothers things from his house, he just passed away a few weeks ago and I wanted to have his furniture in storage here in my basement in Brooksville. After loading my brothers things, I drove to my residence in Brooksville, I then learned that I was using a local truck and would have to drive it all the way back to Warren about 89 miles in the opposite direction. Not pleased I had known I had to return that specific truck, I wouldn't have rented at all. I was quoted at $135, and now had to pay double? Adding insult to injury since my brother just passed away.

Best Uhaul experience ever! I have moved a few times using Uhaul and Steve was wonderful to work with. Kind, professional, accommodating, and helpful all the way. Their trucks were clean and in great condition. When I ordered blankets they were always neat and clean and the right number that I had ordered. I cannot say enough about Wen U Need US in Warren. The cab was free of debris but smudges, dust and some type of residue was on the dash and at night I had a hard time with visibility and had to clean the interior of the windshield. Everything else was great and easy.
