The first location I had initially booked for pickup did not have my correct truck and I was given little information on what to do since there was no one present to help me. The U-Haul app kept causing errors so I had to call customer service and get a new location with a new truck which resulted in a lot of delay on pickup time. Since a lot of people use apps, I would appreciate if the app stopped crashing and functioned as needed. It crashed several times during my entire move and it was very inconvenient.

This place was in a neighborhood hard to find and very little parking

James BThere was no one there when I dropped off. The parking is small for a big truck. Show (a sign) additional parking is for the bigger trucks.
Elisabetta AUnprofessional , overcharged , it look like I was dropping the truck off at The chop shop . I'm not happy about money being taken out of my debit for another day when I only had it 22 hours and at the rental when I picked it up the man figured up the miles that I would need for the trip that I was going to take and I was under the assumption and everything was taken in payment at the pickup . I am totally unsatisfied and I wouldn't refer U-Haul to anyone .
