Had some issues with an after-hours drop off that caused some confusion. Not sure if there is a way to confirm drop off after hours but that would be helpful. They were quick to get it fixed on their end but it took a little figuring out. Overall everything went well.

I have rented from this place multiple times and they never seem to get it right! They need more training, a lot more training. Never feel welcome there, they always act like it's a hassle to help me. It's more of a hassle to me.

Even though I had a reservation ( for more that two weeks)I received faulty equipment, had to go to a different location to get a substitute for one piece of equipment, the u haul people at First choice ,(although friendly and courteous ) were not helpful at all,.U-haul road assistance was completely useless, and provided no assistance whatsoever.

I was shorted 13 pads out of the 2 dozen I paid for. there was a pile of pads in the truck and the attendant said there was over a dozen there . No there was only 3. I should have counted but you would think the attendant knew his job. I guess not. Other wise the truck was new only 5K miles and ran very well.
