This was the worse , customer service was terrible the cashier yelled at me and then he gave us a broken dolly. No manners at all, rude and with a I don't give a dam attitude. Never will I return too this location.

trailer was not at original location. had to go to different location which made me late for an appointment. did not receive the $50 guarantee. busheys was ok had to wait 15 minutes at the counter because no one came for that amount of time.

The first truck offered was very dirty and there was a tire warning light illuminated on the dashboard. The person readily offered to clean the truck, and when I mentioned the warning light he said he would gladly swap trucks. While that was appropriate, I do not think the truck should have been offered to me or anyone else in that condition. Please ensure all vehicles offered are clean and in working order.

I dropped off the rental truck after hours, so it was dark. The lot where the trucks are to be dropped off is not well lit and it made it difficult to tell where it was okay to leave the truck. I would recommend this location, just pick up/drop off during business hours.
