Faster service needs improving.
Increase labor. Had an appointment at 1pm. Didn't get my trailer until 2:30pm because of the line wait.
Maybe not have staff talk with clients about how they went crazy and was on drugs and just got out of jail for pulling guns on people. Or maybe update the system so that our online reservations and payments actually mean something and that we don't have to go through the process all over again once we get there. And I would appreciate the staff not using their personal phone to take the pictures of my driver's license for the record. Oh! And maybe teach staff to help out the customer right in front of them asking for assistance instead of walking by and smoking cigarettes in the yard or not be offended when we help ourselves to hooking up our trailer because asking other staff for help didn't work out.
Overbooking became a problem through the automated system, cut our necessary time short. Other than that, no complaints.

You did everything right, trailer was ready to go when I arrived and check in was fast as well as check out was.
My reservation was an hour and a half late. I was on a time frame. I wouldn't have rented if I knew I wasn't going to get the truck at my appointment time. I still have to borrow a truck on Sunday or next week because of this. Thanks. The people at the location seemed really incompetent. I don't understand why I even had to deal with them since I requested mobile check in and check out. I don't like saying that. I promise I will be looking for alternatives. I found a sock in the passenger door. Something has changed at this place. Fix it.
I've tried contactless check in twice now and it's failed both times, the steps needed to take after arriving are cumbersome. I still had to go inside and wait in line for my keys. While i was waiting my truck got checked back in so that my reservation showed as complete, I had to be refunded and given a new reservation. There were not enough people working and everything in both check in and check out took far too long
The guy that checked me in May have been the least motivated person I've seen in a while. I checked in online, but this guy made sure it was a painful experience. The first thing he did was leave. To â€œmake sure we have what you rentedâ€. What? I reserved it days before! And he took his sweet time about it. (When I went out to get my trailer there were no less than three 5x9s out there). How could he not know that? THEN, when he finally came back, he and two other employees decided to have a conversation. With me just standing there feeling invisible. I FINALLY spoke up and told them I had people waiting for me and did they think we could go ahead and get me checked in. Ridiculous. Upon returning the trailer, the guy that checked me in was really good at his job. Someone definitely needs to expedite the check in

I reserved a Uhaul to pick up after hours. I arrived and wasn't able to pick up my uhaul. I called customer service they found a different size for me to rent and it wasn't in the lot. I was then told I can pick up one the next day. The person on the phone said for the inconvenience she would send me a text message with a $50 reservation guarantee. She said to give the text message at the time of check out the next day. I returned my uhaul and showed the store associate the text and they didn't know what It was. I didn't get any compensation. I would not recommend Uhaul. The store associate told me the coupon was good for my text rental. That didn't do me any good.
Have one Lind for reservations and one for non reservations PLEASE
Even though I had reserved online and checked in online, my wait time and service time checking in was well over half an hour. The young man who waited on me was so overworked that he had not even had time to eat. The place was so busy that the line was out the door. The entire experience was very frustrating, not because of the workers, they were great, but because of all the extra checks that had to be done which backed everything up including checking out at the end. I feel sorry for the workers.
This location is extremely busy, need more employees. The truck had a dirty windshield and floor in cab.
Insurance rate is to high
Take care of your customers and please advise the reservation guarantee. If you're going to list it as a guarantee reservation on the website for the $50 and through Uhaul's fault for not contacting me about the reservation which they did not have. I should be entitled to the $50 reservation guarantee. Which they have failed to do so. â€œ Should U-Haul, through its fault, fail to contact customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then the $50 Reservation Guarantee will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation. â€œ

Thank you for being open on a Sunday, most other places where closed on a Sunday. Getting a truck as fast and easy as I could was very important for me and you guys made it happen. Awesome experience and very fast and reliable.

The business was extremely busy, and staff were over worked. There was a young lady that helped us on the lot with any questions I had as she was being pulled in a million directions. She was amazing and so kind. Increase your amount of employees like her!
The front office was understaffed at my I my â€œscheduledâ€ puck up time, consequently it took much longer than I had anticipated; however the staff was attentive, courteous and did their best under the circumstances.
