This was not our first choice for pickup but it was the only place within 60 miles that had a truck. The employee that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Truck was clean and ready to go. The only complaint I have is not with the location but with u-haul. They changed me with extra miles because I went over the original estimate and that was because I had go 60 miles to pickup the truck not the 5 miles from my original pickup place. They did not notify me of this when I picked it up and just sent me a new invoice after I turned the truck in. I would have rather been told upfront about the extra miles charge. The shortest route from pickup to drop off was 29 miles over so the know I would be over the mileage on the original invoice.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe customer service was above excellent except for the hook up person. Also when walking into the service center it’s hard to find the customer service counter. But the people were very friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend. The hook up guy might have just been busy.
Michelle CThe staff and owner were very friendly, accommodating and did their best to meet my needs.
Rebekah TThe gas tank was only 5/8 full, how do I fill a tank 5/8 full? No I ended up filling the tank nearly full. The truck should be picked up and returned with a full tank. Also, I requested a 15' truck but was forced to take a 26' truck with no straps provided. I had to purchase straps. This location also selected the wrong drop off location. When I went to return my truck, I was at the wrong address.
samantha bWe delivered after hours so we did not speak to any workers. Did not like the app for returning after hours.
