Over charged me by 200 dollars I was a uhaul dealer for 14 years in the past the lady seemed not to know how to return equipment

pamela R.Could not find the orange box at first. The natural place to look for the orange box would be by the door. Instead it was on the fence by the parking spaces. From there though it was pretty easy to go through the ckeck-in steps on the app. I always use Uhaul and like the trucks.
Richard C.I reserved a small truck almost a month before I moved but Papps did not obtain the truck for me so I had to drive 30 miles to Vinita. I am also due a refund because I returned the truck to Papps in Commerce instead of Tulsa. Plus great customer service would require a courtesy discount for the gas I used going from Commerce to Vinita. Not my error.
