Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCustomer service was excellent and helpful. I scheduled a pick up, but somehow it ended up on the wrong day and they quickly and easily accommodated me.

Olivia DI've rented from U-Haul Dozens of times, maybe close to a hundred times in my life as history would suggest. Not once until now have I been denied an extension of the vehicle I rented. To be clear, the extension was denied by the storage facility i rented the truck from. Fortunately for me, I was able to call a customer service number where they gladly helped me extend the rental. U-haul as a whole is great. The individual locations could learn a thing or two about customer service.
