Take a look at this location on google earth street view and that says a lot. The guy there harassed the heck out of me before my drop off time of 10am, that I was a few minutes early for as well. This is a dirty, grimey location as was the owner.

The app didn't work. When I called Customer service, she did the best she could. We couldn't do the pick through the app because it wasn't working. We than tried online, and there were numerous glitches. I was on the phone for an hour & 43 minutes before I could pick up my truck. Whatever happened to the old days when you could just deal with someone in person.

G MI arrived and could not find the U-Haul on the property. I was able to look around and found a U-Haul truck parked around the corner on Vancouver Street. Nobody told me that the Truck would not be on the property and it was located on a side street. I was lucky that I looked around the area. I also just received my U-Haul bill and noticed a $20 charge for after hour rental. Where does it say that we have to pay for an after hour rental? They never charge us after hour rentals when we return the trucks to the Topaz location. Not impressed.
