Joseph RNot going to say that the place was not clean, but it was uncomfortable. There was absolutely no air on in office...maybe the employee was comfortable like that, but when she went out to check on the truck the other person in the office and I both commented on how hot it was in the office. When I got to Florida for the drop off I was told that I owed more money for bringing back the truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas....because she said it only had 1/8 of a tank. I had to explain to the employee what the actual markings on the fuel gauge meant (what was a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 of a tank, etc.) Please educate your employees how to read a fuel gauge...Without truly paying attention, I would have been scammed twice on the fuel usage. Again, other than the smell, the truck ran and performed with no problems as one would hope/expect
brian pMy reservation was changed at the last minute to this location that was much farther from the reserved location without any explanation, which is not their fault, it is Uhaul's. However, the pads I paid for and rented were not in the truck, and when I arrived to pick up the truck after hours the vehicle was locked and the key code had not been provided in the app as it was supposed to. The staff were very nice when I returned the next day, but this whole rental process was a debacle.
