This is for UHaul, not the location I picked up from. I rented from a specific location and without my knowledge my pick up was scheduled at a different location. Luckily I checked the rental and was able to change it back to my preferred pick up spot. If you have locations with lousy feedback, don't change my reservation to that location. I purposely chose a different location based on the other one's rating. Very frustrating to have to edit the reservation back to the original

Truck windows and mirrors were dirty

BEVERLY HThe woman making our reservation charged us for insurance, which she had in her notes from our previous conversation, that I refused. My son took care of the transaction knowing we were not wanting the insurance. The agent did not ask and put the insurance on it so we were charged $15 extra. Later on she said that my son asked for it which was not true so and very disappointed with the lack of honesty of your service people
Teresa MIf the personnel here were any more rude I'd swear I was in hell. Allison, the manager, so early in the morning dealing with customers who are already stressed from a moving experience being told that "I'm cancelling your reservation. You'll have to get a truck from another location." I HAVE USED THIS PLACE THREE TIMES IN THREE YEAR.... EACH TIME WORSE THAN THE OTHER. I'D RENT A TRUCK FROM HELL BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE CRETINS.
