This location was totally unprepared. The truck wasn't made ready in the computer so it could be rented. It took 1 hour 38 minutes more to fix this. The hand truck i rented wasn't there and when I went in yo ask the clerk she said no speak English, Call uhaul. Then the clerk lost the keys so that was another delay. Truck had bald tires on both front wheels.

ALEXANDER KKnow how to rent a truck out, know where The keys are. And have the truck not be full of old moving blankets.
Corey HTerrible - this location was not equipped to receive the trailer that the UHaul Distribution assigned to me. Futhermore when I went to drop off the truck I rented the gas station worker insisted that he had to take a picture of my driver's license with his personal phone. I am very concerned with security of my personal identity. I hope to never have to use UHaul again.
