My rental was for 2 days. I returned the trailer early but after hours. The Uhaul return app didn't work so I slipped the contract through the office door. Uhaul has charged my credit card for a 4 day rental. Why?

If you want your rental trucks to be returned clean they should be rented out clean. My truck only had it 16th of a tank upon renting, so if you want it returned at a quarter tank I should be remibersed the same amount that you would charge a customer who didn’t return it at a quarter. I return the truck at 6:45 and wanted to pay cash. The customer service representative told me that all the drawers were closed and they didn’t have change. Upon being persistent in paying cash it turns out that the till had plenary of change. It seems your employees are just lazy.

AMAZING!!! Super quick and efficient check out and hook up of trailer, friendly people, hard working and happy!!! Checking trailer back in at the 24 he drop off the guy ( Eric) seems like he was waiting for us, I no sooner had my truck in the "park" position when he said " erika smith"? And gave me my total, confirmed payment and confirmed receipt and unhooked and I was on my way, we had just moved my son and his girlfriend in two blocks away and he hadn't even gotten te house opened up before I returned from te drop Off!!! I have to ad also that U-hauls computer system has a lot to do with the ease of renting, I rent in several cities and it's been amazing!! Good job uhaul for investing in a good computer system!!! ( from a computer scientists mother!!)

my only complain is that l was quoted .89 per mile but charged 1.10 per mile and they rarely answer the phone at this location so l do not have an answer as to the additional charge

Customer service needs to be improved. I walked in and was ignored. There were 3 associates and only one was assisting a customer. The other 2 were walking in and out of the building. They never acknowledged me or the person who walked in after me. The associates should greet the customers and let them know it may take a few minutes before they're helped. However, the truck I rented was clean and well maintained.

Your customer wait line! You have 2 entrances where people are getting in line from both ends and everyone is confused as to who came first! Had 2 people go ahead of me when I was already waiting there for 30 mins because they came through the opposite entrance.Never going to this location again!

CHECK your final contract !!! I reserved on line - I did NOT chose the SafeMove coverage (I have a witness that can verify this as well as my reserve notice). I was charged $14.00 for it when truck was returned. I had someone else drive the truck, so I did not see the charge when truck turned in. Called immediately - Person answering sent email msg to manager of location. Still no call back. You could get charged for items you did not select!

I reserved an appliance dolly online when I booked the truck as we had to move a very large refrigerator with it. When I arrived for my scheduled pick up time at 9am, I was informed that there were no appliance dollies left and that these were provided on a first come-first served basis, as opposed to being reserved online as was outlined when I booked the rental. This is completely unacceptable as the only reason we booked with u-haul was to move this refrigerator. U-haul MUST either tell the locations that your customers need equipment and should reserve it for them OR inform customers when booking that the dollies and other equipment are first come-first served so that we can avoid this type of stress on moving day. I would hope never to work with u-haul again after this mess. However, your location manage Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we got a dolly to fit our needs, even calling multiple other locations on his personal cell phone while contacting u-haul on the office line to find us the dolly. He was AMAZING and he is the reason I would recommend this particular location/service. U-haul is very lucky to have someone like him working for the company. He saved the day and was polite and very courteous throughout the whole experience. Give him a raise because he is personally keeping your customers happy and coming back!!!

I reserved a trailer to haul a car, they got location wrong, went to other locations and was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't pick up in morning, on my reservation notes it said I would pick up at 7:30 pm, someone... (Anna)decided to cancel me because I didn't pick up the phone, the guys at the second location were cool and helped as much as they can but for everyone else involved...(sal) the guy I made the original reservations with cost me a bunch of More money and really made U-Haul look crappy and incompetent, I will never use U-Haul again, absolute BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!
