The guys working today did a great job. They were running around as quick as they could. They seamed under staffed, the lines were longer than most of the line was willing to stand for. Overall had a great experience, took a little longer to drop vehicle off than I would have liked.

Pick up was good, return was unsatisfactory. Waited 35 minutes to finally talk with a U-Haul employee just to return a trailer. whole process took about 45 minutes. It should have taken less than 15 minutes.

Katie doesn’t know how check customers in/ out. I was in your store for 1.5 hours, because she didn’t know what she was doing. Matt needs to help customers in front of him, before answering the phones. Alexander should know to help the next customer in line and not pick and chose. Hazel dell store sucks. Will never come back.

Extremely rude and lazy customer service. I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes while the customer service rep. banged away on his keyboard and didn't look up or acknowledge my presence. I finally got service when another rep. came in and noticed me waiting. I will not go back to this location.

Inform you’re customer about the returning policy even if they don’t plan to return it in non store housr. I was not happy after I was on hold for over 15 minute and was told I’m going to have to pay a fee because I wasn’t informed about the return policy before hours

The new mobile app experience was a bit confusing at first but overall pretty simple and they did a good job explaining it up front. The 17 foot local rental was worth every penny!

Okay so this is a complicated situation I have arrived and I'm informed that if I return the equipment early I get prorated back some money apparently that was not the case however the manager was able to assist me a little bit however my experience with them was lengthy and frustrating we get there and we don't have the electrical hook-up for the tow trailer I asked one of them to see if they have the setup for it so we can get it installed and go he tells me that they do not have it in stock later we discovered they do have it in stock and in the system it says they have in stock wasting a good 40 minutes trying to find somewhere that does carry it on top of that the same person when we discover that we no longer need that utility Dolly accidentally canceled out the U-Haul rental entirely when the utility dolly was actually rented out separately by one of the people helping me move and we also discovered that the person who helped my friend get the electrical hookups failed to close out the invoice and didn't show that he paid for it when he already paid cash for it and called him days later asking if he was going to pay for it something needs to be done cuz that was not a pleasant experience I will be using this location again I'm not going to make one experience be the final experience I understand feedback is important and I want to be honest thank you and I really want to thank the man for very much for helping me out with that that meant so much
