The registration took much too long. - 25 minutes. Uploading my license and pics of the condition of the van added to the running time. When I filled out some forms when I reserved the van, your website trumpeted that I saved 1/2 the time I would be spending registering in the office. I cannot imagine needing 50 minutes to get out the door for a simple van rental,

I specifically chose different location with parking. For some reason lady from that place called me and transferred me to this location. And no parking is available there. Online check in is horrible. The person over the chat was keep asking me for my selfie with glasses, without glasses. Also asking for phone numbers of relatives/friends. If my friend doesn't answer call at the time - am I not allowed to take the truck I reserved?? The experience was horrible . The car was a pretty dusty inside.

It was $62 to rent the truck for 90 minutes with the added insurance. Too expensive. Will not rent for a small load again. Only for moving.

I used the 24 hour pick-up service and the point of contact I was given was difficult to get a hold of. I had an issue with the lock they put on the truck and I wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly. I eventually figured it out but maybe a text at least from him would have been nice. Not a huge deal though.

We rented the van just in case we needed it. As it turned out, we did not. When we returned it, it has only one mile on it. The U-Haul employee who checked in the van has the nerve to say that someone had siphoned gas out of the vehicle. This is absurd. It was stored in my warehouse overnight. I will definitely find somewhere else to rent my next vehicle.

I feel I was overcharged and was unable to add insurance even after stopping by another U-Haul for inspection. My insurance company told me I was insured until I called in hours later to lower my deductible. Trying to reach help about my bill kept me on hold for 10+ min I finally hung up. Also apparently came 1.3 gal under and they charged me almost $7

While going through the verification process, the service agent asked for an outside contact and then called them to verify if they knew me. This step was not made clear when I reserved the uhaul -- as you know, most people do not pick up the phone from numbers they do not know, and also, if you have my license and credit card information, why would you call some random person just to ask them if they know me? The whole process doesn't make sense and was extremely frustrating to try and find someone that was available AT THAT EXACT MOMENT to answer their phone to verify me. You need to communicate this better or get rid of this step. Also, I had already provided my license number in the pre-registration so it should have already been run through a database. And, you should add a feature to the app where I can add a second driver PRIOR to picking up the car, yet after I have reserved it. This seems pretty standard in the moving industry but it wasn't available and caused extra delay on the day-of. It wasn't clear how long I could rent the vehicle for to maintain the $19.95 price - it didnt' say if this was for a 24 hour period or whatnot and then when I put that I wanted the vehicle for 5 hours it says 'upon availability' -- well that's messed up -- you can't just not guarantee the vehicle to me. The vehicle had an indicator on the dashboard when I started it for the first time that the tire pressure was low in one of the tires. There should be directions on the dashboard on how to by pass this screen to find the odometer numbers.

Worst experience of my life took over an hour to pick up. Treated like crap from the night shirt Lisa was her name. Poor treatment and rude customer service reps. They cost me 150 for making someone wait. Put my life at risk as I was in the hood late at night in a nice car veichle. We never discussed the return of the truck, when signing the paperwork, so that when we returned at 6pm, it was a little nerve-wracking to find you closed. Once we read the instructions on the door, though, everything fell into place and we were able to securely leave the truck and the keys -- confident that you would find all in good order the next morning. The truck was a old and no complete clean on the driver and passenger side but the worst was at 6 pm the battery of the truck stop working and make my moving a nightmare all related with u haul was a bad experience
