The individual who drove my car on transport damaged my car. I have photos from when I was dropping off my car they noticed it right away. There was mention that it didn’t get loaded right. The transport also had a light out I was advised. Manley staff is friendly. My one star is based on whole experience

JUAN VWe called ahead of our drop off date to let them know we were dropping on our due date. We were told please don’t drop off as this company was short staffed. So we waited until Monday to drop off and we were CHARGED two extra days because of the incompetence of this company rep. We’ve already discouraged family from choosing U-Haul because of this bad experience. We not happy. Cut ties with this company who poorly represents U-Haul.

CRAIG HThe equipment worked but was a struggle to use. Manley had to use WD-40 to loosen some parts. The tension pin to extend and retract the ramps was very hard to use. There should be an easier for doing that that doesn't rely on brute strength. I had to get help. The instructions provided for hooking up, loading the car and then unloading the car from the tow dolly were excellent. I was glad to have a printed copy.
