The employee in the convenient store was the most unhelpful and unresponsive customer service representative. The location was not ready for my pickup, and the furniture blankets were not available. The truck smelled like marijuana.

Julia RThe location wasnt the main problem. The u haul app is a joke. Sending you all over town to locations just to get there and send you yo another location. Started off with the truck rented was not available when i needed. Then a wild goose chase to find a replacement. When i did get the truck the hand truck and pads was not available i paid for. Person at pick up said he would not charge me but did. The truck was fine but the process to rent it is a mess. I have friends that have had same issues with u haul.
