No problem with the specific location, but I had to go between three different places to pick up my U-Haul despite having reserved one 3 weeks prior. Keys weren’t left out, reservation switched last minute. Didn’t pick up until almost 9:30 despite booking for 7:30. Also, I paid for two Dollie’s and neither were in my truck

The location can't assist. Said they have been locked out the system for a month and haven't called to get it fixed so just call uhaul directly

Horrible service uhaul dealer had my vehicle towed. My kids and I sat out in the middle of no where thanks to this dealer and uhaul. Horrible experience and a very dangerous experience. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves

I had reserved two 26' trucks at another location. The day before they called me and asked if I were all set and ready. I decided to just get one truck, (should have stayed with two) and that's when things went sideways. A little while later I got a call with them making every excuse in the book to tell me they didn't even have one truck for me! Are you kidding me??? If this is your idea of customer service, you suck at it. Next time I think I will go with your competition. Good thing the place i rented from had what I needed as we had already hired laborers, another issue there, through uhaul. I would use the labor company again for things but to rent trucks from Uhaul.... glad they have multiple competitors to choose from

It took me 3 days to get a truck and ended up having to drive 45 min out to get my truck next time I will go to budget or Ryder or somebody other than u haul i have never been so humilillinated in my entire life and I rent from uhaul all the time
