Get a better customer service representative. The one I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me after it was U-Haul's fault that they had me at the wrong location. Never gave me an update saying they didn't have a trailer available.
IVANA RU-haul scheduled me an auto transport across town that was inconvenient then the business owner was not even there to assist and the auto transport had a flat tire. I wish knew this business from the beginning. A+ customer service from the began to end, no hassle, assisted with connecting making sure everything worked properly and took the photos. Highly recommend & will use again.
Shiquita MNo one was their to meet me. Last week was a great experience but not this time. I had been charged mileage and put gas in that I didn't use. So basically we are getting changed twice for gas. Because you are already paying for miles and you have to put gas in it. It's the third time I had to get a truck this month just to move
