Shelly Ccustomer service my card was charged three different payments. I called and was not given a correct answer was told I was gonna be called back and I never received a call back. I was charged three different times. Do not have understanding why I was charged three different amounts I was quoted once one amount charged through different amounts, which were three different large amounts and now I do not know why.
Ayshia JOk location. Upon arrival the guy just ok thank you. I asked him to please look the truck over before I left as well as to check the fuel level. I think this should be a standard however I feel it is not done. If I did not ask him to do this I am not sure if it would have been done at all and or should anything be claimed i had no recourse because I would have been gone by then.
Craig MKaran from location... was ignorant to me and acted like didn't want to assist me, or acted like I was doing something wrong... and I was wanting to leave and rent somewhere else... but closest was in other state... due to my original pickup location Already getting messed up due to No keys @ Tillman's in Chester. So regretfully still need to get truck/rental through this miserable place.
