Back truck cab had saw dust and had not been swept out and she said I was impatient and was not I don’t recommend this location to anyone with someone telling people they are impatient

Easy deal, online reservation.drove in drove out less than 10 minutes. Guy was super nice.
Rod WAdditional charges with no reason. When vehicle was returned it was clean, had the required amount of fuel and used less miles than I paid for but not only did I not get refunded for unused mileage the charged my card an extra 30 dollars. Never again will I use uhaul

Alfred SGetting in and out of this Van was extremely difficult. I don’t know if there was a lower step we didn’t know about. If there is, you might want to show next customer. Other than that, extremely professional and friendly, Van was ready at time we needed it, and we would certainly use this company again!
