Although the truck and equipment itself was clean enough, the truck was obviously not wiped down at all. This is a hazard with Covid. Also, I requested an itemized receipt and was emailed a document in a format that I cannot even open. It should be in PDF format.

I was really impressed by how quickly the vehicles are serviced. I rented the exact same truck a week or so ago and at the time the a/c did not work. This time it worked like a champ! As a matter of fact I couldn't run it on high even though it was low 90's with high humidity today. Great job!
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time because nobody called to see when the truck I had a reservation for would be in. The lady dropped the keys off outside instead of in the office but she wasn't contacted to ask when she would return the truck
Air conditioner did not work
The original reservation we went to pick up, but there was no one at that location. It was a struggle getting in contact with uhaul as you were having phone issues. I waited over 40 minutes to connect with a chat representative, whose only way to help was to give me a regional phone number. We finally found another location that was open as our need for the trailer was immediate.
Make sure that each renter is charged for the correct mileage as well as gas usage.. I only went 35 miles and was charged for 27 gallons of gas because the person before us did not refill their gas. I'm not a happy customer by any means but it's not with this location.. it's with Uhaul themselves. I've emailed them trying to resolve this matter but no response so far. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone until this matter is corrected.

Everything about the truck share 24/7 system is buggy and made my entire experience awful
The truck was kinda shaky, but the ac was working great, and the truck was very clean. The lady that checked me out was very efficient. I would definitely go there again.

This was a train wreck from the start. I was charged double for the truck, it was rented for the wrong term and the actual charge for the truck didn't post to my account until 10 days after I returned the truck. The truck was smoky and ashy from whoever smoked in it previously. I rented one online and it was fine - no problem. Going inside to facilitate it was not the best experience.
The U-Haul facility and equipment made our day very easy and efficient. Top marks all around,.
I found nothing to complain about. Although I did not understand their after hours check system, that I had returned the unit I rented, all went well. I was pleasantly surprised that in the end it cost less than was first explained. It is always nice to know I saved money. Thank you.

Actually hook up the trailer for your client so it doesn't come unhooked while driving down the highway. We had an appointment and yet you didn't have time to be there. No client service what so ever.
Trailer lights half of them were burnt out. These straps were broken in would not function. The ratcheting mechanisms war broke. This is the worst you haul I've ever had definitely want my money back

The website should be able to have real time inventory/availability. I scheduled my rental online only to be called back by a representative to tell me the truck type and location I reqested was not available. The nearest location was 15 miles away and she said there was no option to drop off at my destination so I would have to drive it back another 15 miles at 1.09 per mile. When I complained about this she offered to take off $15.00. She was rude and when I asked her name for feedback she hung up. I also confirmed with her and by calling the pick up location that they would have an appliance dolly. They did not have one when I went to pick up. Updating the system to show ACTUAL availability would have made this experience 90% better.
This was a Sunday therefor they were closed and we used the on line reservations. The phone number given to us which we were to use at the rental business did not work. If the owner had not shown up and performed the operation manually we would have driven 1 1/2 hrs for nothing.
Not give me keys for a different truck. Not keep me on hold for 2 hours on the phone
