Very helpful staff … no improvement needed
Michael W.App let me think I could drop the U-Haul at a different location and then charged me $230 Also I turned it in hours later and I was charged a $40 overnight fee. Will never use U-Haul again or recommend to anyone

Angel H.I was over charged and the truck was not checked in the same day I returned it so I received a call from Uhaul headquarters because they thought I had a late return. When I called the Uhaul location about the late return as well as the over charge I was basically told too bad. I will never use Mistler's Furniture for Uhaul purposes or furniture. I will also advise anyone I know not to use them either.

Truck was okay, mechanically left some things to be desired. It did the job though. What you can improve for next timeâ€"get rid of the useless woman who was at the location in St Clair MO. Absolutely zero help and rude. Kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what happened and just very frustrating on an already stressful day.

Patricia M.Make sure that your equipment is in operating condition. Once the car was loaded the tow dolly shook so violently between 45-65 mph I thought my truck had a wheel about to fall off. At one point one of the fenders almost fell off and I had to wire it back down so I could continue my 1000 mile drive. Two of the safety chain hook points (the ones on the frame between the hitch and the tire cradles) were broken off. This is definitely not the same experience I had the first time I rented a tow dolly from uhaul.

mark C.The truck share 24/7 pickup process was very buggy and resulted in a 35 minute delay. The live chat was slow but they seemed to have fixed the issue eventually. The drop off process went smoothly but overall it was longer than just picking up at a U-Haul counter store. I won't be using truck share again.

Sam W.Don't say you don't have a particular vehicle that a customer wants and when they go get the other vehicle that they had to get in place of that one and then the one they wanted beyond the lot more than the one that they were supposed to get at this point. We wanted to 26 foot box truck when we made the reservation it said they were none at the union location so we took the 20 foot. When I went to go pick up the 20 foot box truck there were four or 526 foot box trucks on the lot so how there weren't any available for me to use has me quite puzzled

Tried to give me the wrong truck ( I had to get the key off the wall right behind him) and then had to get dolly myself from the back room. Other supplies I was supposed to get were not available, and at that point I was not interested in further interaction. I was re-directed to this site the day before, and I would avoid if at all possible.
