Overall everything was great, there was just 4 cases of bottled water in the back of the uhaul from the previous customer. We threw them away before returning it in oroville.

Nicholas JAwesome customer service
EDUARDO GIt was difficult to be sure it was UHaul. We dropped the truck off at night and finally located the KEY BOX - which was well marked, and in a sheltered area that was lit okay. But from the street and even driving onto the property we saw absolutely nothing that pertained to UHaul. It was only when I spotted the red box that we knew for sure where we were. Otherwise, all was fine.
CHRISTOPHER TOur truck was given to another customer that had discovered a problem with the roll up door. We than had to wait an hour for our rental, only to be given the broken truck. We agreed, but were irritated that we were delayed and given broken equipment. But we had limited time for our move and needed to get going. The pickup location tried to fix it but could not. And they did not call us in advance to let us know our rental was not available.
