Vehicle had problems starting multiple times. Very slow start, I was almost expecting to need a ride home.

CHRISTOPHER BThis is t a negative but there were no personnel as the business was closed. I will say that the unit I drove this time had some issues with cruise control and shifting in overdrive that the one the week before did not.
CLINTON MThe person who was responsible for preparing me to begin my rental period of your equipment was rude and quite unkind. When I asked for help, he very obstinately walked to the truck and quickly showed me how to open that door to the back for loading. He provided no other support or instructions for a safe use of your equipment. When I told him the app was not working correctly to load the four pictures of the truck, he was gruff and just said take pictures and save them on my phone which I had already done. Overall, the experience started my rental of your equipment off in a very poor way. If I rent again, I will refuse to have any dealing with this location.
CONNIE MDriveway needs repair. Didn’t want to drive my car into the lot. When we arrived, it was within the normal business hours but they were closed so we had to return the truck using the app which is less than desirable.
