Second time I used them and inside and out side of both trucks were dirty. Had to clean inside of cargo box be for we could load. I would not use him again. The second truck made really bad noises inside of cab. Very bad experience. Truck in need of front end repairs, steering wheel vibrated and road walked.Billy R.

The man was loaded, which I notice is true in all your locations, not just this one. He indicated which dolly I should take and, with several other customers in the small waiting room, I got the distinct impression he was not coming out to help me and I was done with him. I went out, pulled the dolly to my truck, hitched and chained it before he surprised me standing there with his phone out to take a picture. When I dropped it off in baton rouge I got similar treatment. I waited for a while in the drop off area, no one came out so I finally went in, the one young man was with a customer with other people there, so he asked if I was dropping off, I said yes so he directed me to the back area. I had the dolly unloaded and rolled back behind the building before the young man came around the building to check on things.BRIAN J.

Fuel gauge stuck/ maxed at Less than 3/4 tank. So received vehicle and upon returning tried to refuel 3/4 tank and ended up filling it up to full tank. Really not an issue for me but somebody else it could be a different story.THEODORE S.

I returned my cargo van on Sunday, May 24. I did not realize I was supposed to go to the link and fill out all the information. I put the keys in the overnight box on Sunday. On Monday morning I called U-Haul because Rusty's was not open (Memorial Day). I explained to them what I did. They suggested going to the location and clicking the return location on my phone. I idid that this morning. However, because the keys were in the lock box, I was not able to get the best photos of what I needed to provide. I did the best I could considering. I do have a photo of the odometer I took before locking the vehicle . If I need to provide it, I can. Thank you for your help.Scharlanne C.
