The truck was in serious disrepair..The windshield had a large crack, the brakes were bad, the the rubber on the windshied wipers were separating...You could not use them....I could go on but what's the point.....

For my UHaul needs, truck, moving supplies, and propane, I’ve chosen this location solely simply because of past great experiences! I’ve driven pass a couple of competitors and preferred to do business with this particular location. Unfortunately, this time around, had left a bad taste in my mouth. A customer service, Tristan, was great. The GM, Andrew Paniagua, on the other hand, was unprofessional and rude. While processing my order in the computer, he literally asked me to stop asking questions so he could finish with my transaction and help the next customer in line. We all have bad days, I understand that certain challenges may take the best out of us and hope that this incident does not display Mr. Paniagua’s actual character.

I am overall not happy with the experience because I was not given the size truck I reserved. Even with the rate discounted my experience was poor. I was terrified to drive a 26 foot truck when I expected a 15 foot. That truck also got 8 miles a gallon so any discount I received was diminished by significant extra fuel costs. Please make this right and give me additional a refund.

Poor customer service, AC in vehicle didn’t work properly and they NEVER answer the phones so they roll to a call center which takes forever to answer the phone and they can do very little.

At the office, we were happy with the customer service, the check out process, and the van itself. We were overall satisfied, but frustrated with the time wasted in the event described below. When we got to our new apartment after moving all of our stuff into the van, the back door would not open anymore. We spent about an hour trying to open the back door and on the phone with customer service. After waiting a long time, the customer service representative suggested road side assistance and connected us to the incorrect place. We didn’t get to speak to anyone and had our call disconnected. We had to call again and wait over twenty minutes only to figure it out ourselves.

This is the 2nd time this location marked my return fuel level wrong and charged me fuel fees (I return after hours). I tried to contact the location, but it always forwards, they don't answer. I emailed them at the email address listed on my receipt twice, a week ago, no response. Please help me contact them to get my fuel charges reversed. I have pictures of the level at return.

Andrew was the manager & he was very helpful in getting me set up. Robert was the guy out on the lot who got me situated in the truck & went over its operation. He was very nice. When I returned the truck, I was greeted by Grace. She made the return process very easy. I will be back in a few weeks to rent another truck

This is my home U-Haul location and I have been here several times. It looks like U-Haul Corporate puts more money and attention here than at the Oakland location

Your rule is you need a credit card to check availability of a truck. I will never go with u haul again because of this rule. Let me know when you change and I will come back

I got a call for not turning in my key. (dropped truck off early am tired and apparently forgot) . So I get a call in the morning and try calling back 4 times and cant get through them drop the key off and they already charged for it. It's my fault I kept the key. I was told to return it or they would charge and I did as I was told.
