We were helped by Joshua at the counter. He was extremely rude. To the point that this is my first negative review to anyone ever. My dad had an international license and for some reason he couldnt send it through. Instead of asking for help he sighed and moaned at us (as if this were our problem) and was borderline discriminative. We justed wanted to move but it was so frustrating i cant begin to explain.

They are professional and fast. My only complaint is the parking. I recommend you get dropped off or Uber theRE because parking your car theRE can make it hard to get out if there are trucks being returned and you get trapped in.

Charged me 45 dollars for not putting the gas back to correct level even though the contract was stated wrong.... I only went 40 miles and put $15 bucks into the tank right before i dropped it off, which I tried to explain.... I will not be using this service again.

The check out process was about as fast as I could expect, given there were two people staffed at opening time. All members of the staff were courteous and easy to work with. The intake line at the end of the day took about 10 minutes since there were other vehicles ahead of me, and another 10 minutes to check out, since the operator's handheld device moved very slowly. If I had been in a hurry, this would have been a significant loss of time.

I always have to wait a long time to be helped at this location and this time the customer service rep. was extremely blunt and unfriendly. She was uncompromisingly forthright, when I told her I didn't have a second phone number to give I was told I could not rent a truck without one. She wanted me to give her a friends phone number and then she proceeded to make a call to my phone to verify that I actually gave her my number. This seemed just a bit over the top, given I had already submitted my CDL and credit card and I was in the system from previously renting at that location. She also kept pushing a button on her ear piece to talk to someone in the back. She was doing this frequently during the middle of our conversation which made it almost impossible to tell when she was addressing me or when she was talking to the guys in the back. At a minimum it was very distracting, unprofessional and confused me during our conversation. In addition, the guy who checked out the truck to me just said "yeah" when I told him the gas gauge wasn't right on full, it was a hair off to the left of full, and when I pointed out damage already on the vehicle I wanted documented he said I'd have to go back inside to do that which meant I'd have to wait in line again. To top off my bad experience with those two employees, I was not given the key to the van's rolling back door and my moving helper locked it without looking to see if we had the key. When I tried to call the uHaul store it was diverted to a call center where the rep. tells me they can only leave a message and have no way to call that particular uHaul rental store to find out if they even have the key. Next I called uHaul road side service and the cust. serv. rep. tells me they also have no way to find out if there is a key. They tell me I can cut the lock off with bolt cutters but, yeah, like I carry those around with me when I'm moving. They said they would not send their service person out for this and that I should drive to the store where I rented the van to get the key, if I have no way to remove it myself! Yeah, like I really want to pay 90 cents a mile x 30 miles to get a key to open the door. I also was on a time schedule to drop some things off at goodwill before 6 PM so I was screwed. Not a good experience at all. Will definitely consider another rental company next time I need to rent a truck. I felt sick to my stomach the rest of the night after this experience.

There was a odd Oder like cat urine in the van. Windshield was dirty. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't notice the Oder until I was on my way.

Let’s face it, the gas gauges on those trucks wouldn’t be good enough for a go cart. Imagine some engineer at U-haul accepting this from Ford or GM. What was he thinking? I put twice as much gas as required to go from just under 3/4 back to 7/8 and it barely budged. Gas gauges at U-haul need to be re-invented...

Mileage rate of 0.79 a mile is quite high and excessive. Next time, I will rent from Enterprise when I need a pick up truck.
