I would reccomend always having 2 people in the store. When we came back to drop it off, there were more clients than one person could handle in a timely manner. 1 guy said he's never using y'all again because he keep getting rescheduled and then still had to wait.

This was a busy weekend for U-Haul. My suggestion to the company is on those busy weekend if someone does not need nor want the two days of rental, offer a discount for early turn in. so that more people can repurchase them for use. It would lead to happier loyal customers.

I called after I got to the place I loaded cause the truck wouldn’t start. I was on hold for 40 min only to be transferred to another department that did not answer the phone. Transferred back to main store and was on hold again! NOT impressed!

I rented the trailer to pick up a new mower that was 64” wide. Trailer was fine but I did not think about the opening not being wide enough until I got to the dealer. We had to remove the mower deck to get it loaded. Lesson learned

I originally reserved a truck online and then was called about an hour before I was supposed to pick up the truck to tell me the only thing they had was a van. When I got there the African American attendant was very unprofessional. He just kept complaining about how tired he was and how read he was to get off work. After he finally got me my rental he didn't even show me where it was. He said "the number is on the key its out there somewhere" and he ran off. I had to get someone else to move the another van because the one I rented was blocked off. I will be finding somewhere else to rent from from now on.
