Very friendly environment to go too.



I thought I had reserved a 10-foot truck, but turns out I had reserved a van. When the employee saw how upset I was (I needed to get my son moved back to college that day), he found a 15-foot truck on the lot for me and only charged me or the van. EXCELLENT customer service. We'll definitely use this U-Haul again.

This location has terrible customer service. They locked the doors 5 mins before the closing time. They new we were on our way. We had called and they said they would be there. When we arrived the woman came to the door looked at us and walked back in and locked it. We called customer service. They tried to contact store with no luck. Customer service placed very specific notes on the account. Toldlocation we would be in first thing in the morning to pay cash. They were told not to charge card. Not not did they charge the card they charged two days rental on everything!! They were rude when we tried to talk to them and told us to come back when the manager was there. Will never use this location again!!!!

The person that assisted me at the pick up location was nice and helpful. Apparently, however, just before I arrived to pick up my truck, someone else there rented it out to another person in town. I learned about that from the person that assisted me, which in itself isn't a huge problem, but my overall experience with Uhaul during this move has me seriously considering NEVER using the service again. I made my initial reservation through the main call center. It was a high demand weekend so I had to make a reservation to pick up a 26' truck out of town about 35 minutes away. The day before, I received a call to confirm my rental; however, I was informed that I would have to pick up my truck 103 miles away and would only be getting a 20'. The rep didn't confirm the time I would pick up and didn't send me the details. I called back around 30 minutes later and was told that I would receive a text with the location details. I never received a text so I decided to call back to take the information over the phone. During my 3rd call, I found out that the pickup location and time had changed. I was able to pick up 60 miles away in Tupelo, MS, which helped, but my pickup time changed from 9am to 1pm. I finally received the confirmation text. When I called the Tupelo location the next morning, I was told the truck would be ready at 9am. I questioned that and called the dispatch center back to confirm, and they told me 1pm. I know it was an extremely busy weekend for Uhaul, but it was so unorganized and inconsistent. I don't understand how pick up centers don't know what equipment they have available vs. what has been reserved. I did not receive a discount for the truck even though it was a lot smaller than the original one reserved. Next move, I will check out other truck rental services before I choose Uhaul again.

No equipment to support my reservation. Received a call to tell me this as I was pulling onto the parking lot. I take from the this title above "What can we do to improve for the next customer?" means you accept that fact that you are losing this customer but maybe it will be better for the next guy... So sad

I reserved a truck on July 11th. Arriving at the store on my pick up date July 28th, the store tells me that they do not have a truck available despite my reservation. There were 2 trucks sitting on the lot that were reserved for people who made their reservation after I did. After demanding the clerk swap the trucks and give me a truck since my reservation was done the 11th and the other person was July 25th, it was only right that I get the truck first. I was able to get the truck after a very stressful conversation with the clerk. I had the truck reserved for 18 hours and the clerk asked me if I could to bring it back asap. After unloading my furniture I returned the truck at 1 am the next day July 29th, so that the truck could be available for the next person and no one would have to go thru the hassle that I did. An additional charge of $37 was added to my card that I DID NOT authorize or approve. I am not happy with U Haul and will not be using the company again. Since January this is the 3rd time I have rented a 26' truck. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Make sure you have the proper equipment that you reserved and at the location you asked for. Also, have a truck available at the time you asked for. You do NOT stand by your so called "$50" guarantee!!!! Never ever using uhaul again!!!!

we made our reservation by phone and had a very helpful customer service experience. The manager in Tupelo was also a pleasure to work with. She made the pick up and return process easy. My only negative comment is that we were told to bring the van back full. Even though the gas gauge read "full" when we picked up the van, when we stopped to top it off it took three gallons. We had driven less than 20 miles. BTW--when we stopped at the gas station, the fuel gauge needle still read Full.

Accused of damage that we didn't do, all because the inspector that inspected the van before we got it forgot to mark an X beside the cracked bumper before we rented. I was charged $161 in damage fees for damage not committed by us . We will never use Uhaul again.



Make them cheaper to rent. $105.00 is crazy for one day use of 85 miles all together.from the store to Amory and back to the store.

Our truck cab was FILTHY with massive amounts Of white dog hair on absolutely EVERY surface including the interior of our windshield, and trash including an empty beer bottle in a paper bag rolling around under a seat and completely unreachable . Before we could start packing up and depart home , we had to spend an hour cleaning and sanitizing this totally unacceptable environment for us to be in for three days and 1400 miles.

When setting up on line I was given the option to have a pickup time of 11:30, but down the list of questions 12:00 was the only time offered. I was picking up during my lunch and it made it hard to get back to work on time.

We left a clean truck and then they charged us $25 for cleaning. We cleaned the truck before we left it. Then I called to get the $25 back and got 3 people that said they would get someone from that location to call me but they never called
