The truck was not clean because it had just come in and they were unable to have ready in time for me to rent, but when I returned I made sure that it was clean. My overall experience was good. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that I put to much fuel in and brought it back over 1/2 fuel and the amount that was originally in the truck was about 1/4. I did not receive any refund. I did not like this because my trip was a local trip.

You can take the time to train your employees. I don't appreciate calling the day before setting up a reservation filling in all the information about my truck what I'm hauling what size engine all the questions that you ask in order to rent a car hauler. I arrive to just pick up my car hauler and I have to deal with your rude employee telling me that I need to give all the same information again when I'm trying to give her my confirmation email. So I had to waste 30 minutes of my time answering all the same questions again. I don't appreciate having to give friends contact information I don't think that's relevant when you have my credit card. I don't appreciate being told that I have to take it to whatever U-Haul she specifies or I will be charged extra. I want the convenience of being able to take it U-Haul cuz the one closest to me or that is convenient to me. I do not wish to take it to wherever the smartass employee tells me. I called immediately after leaving the store in Tupelo and I filed a complaint and I was told someone would contact me by phone over my experience. It's been 3 days no one is called me.

Filled out online order about 2 weeks before I was to pick up trailer. I was not informed that this size was not available because it needed repair. According to the manager, it has needed repair for a while so I could have been notified that the size trailer I needed was not available. Instead I was given a trailer double the size I needed which resulted in my car bouncing all over the road not to mention the items in my trailer. The first employee I dealt with was really rude. Actually ask me if I knew how to read because the amount on the screen was not the amount I rented the trailer for. Instead of explaining it she was just rude. The manager then came in a she was very nice but still should have contacted me about the trailer not being available. She did call Birmingham to set up for us to switch trailers after I called her to request that

Make sure to explain everything when someone schedule for a uhaul. There was fees that I didn't know about until the day of also my pick up was scheduled for 9 when I arrived I was told 12:45.

I rented a 26' truck and a 12' trailer and each time I had to wait 10-20 minutes just to be helped. I don't mind to wait but in 3 visits, I waited everytime, for several minutes. Also, the inside of the building smells like cigarette smoke. Either someone is smoking inside the building or just outside the open door. It stinks in there.

I went into this location 3 times in a week and waited 10-20 minutes for service on each visit. The first time was to pick up a 26' truck that I had reserved online. There was someone in front of me but there only seemed to be one person working and that poor woman was running all over the place. During that pick up I wasn't given the moving blankets that I had reserved so I had to visit again the next day. On this trip the woman (different from the employee the previous day) that helped me said "we don't have anymore blankets" and that was basically all she wanted to do for me. I asked her if another location would have some and she said she didn't know so she called the manager to ask. The manager told her that there were plenty of blankets and where to find them. The third visit was to rent a 12' trailer and again, someone in front of me that was having issues with a charge that UHaul had put on their account. Again, waited about 15 minutes for service and spent about 5 minutes with the reservation. The woman that helped me the first time, I believe she is the GM, was very sweet and helpful, she was just very busy. The 2nd woman wasn't very helpful. The third employee was a man and again, he was very helpful, just busy. I realize we all get busy and waiting happens...but 3 out of 3 times shows me it's a common problem.

Made reservation for a truck got to location to pick the truck up they said they didn't have a truck that I had to driver over an hour to get a truck to another location , had to scramble around to make other arrangements, ended up renting an enclosed trailer , your rep, at the Attic location was rude along with the rep overy the phone , will never use uhaul again will go to budget

Over charged for equipment that I didn't have. Was trying to charge me twice for my rental truck. When the manager was being called for assistance she never answered her phone, it was turned off. The store is being ran by 3 new employees that were trying to do their best but they didn't have a clue of what to do or how to do something. Bad experience!

The location lied and said that I left truck on 1/8 of a tank well in fact I left it on 1/4 of a tank like I was informed to do so! I also rented a storage unit! How can I as a customer depend on this location to have my interest of a 28.00 fuel as well as my whole house in a storage unit! They were very dishonest and very disfunctional! I have received a phone call about this yet ! I have called location several times ! I willl be moving my belongings very soon and will never do business with u haul again!

I called 4 times to see if the vehicle had been returned to be told each time it had not been. I was finally told "Oh it was brought back last night, it just wasn't checked in. Let me get that checked in.". When I got the email with the final charges it had a late fee on it because no one had checked it in.

The lady here at this site was great!!! But this is the second week that I have been trying to get a U-Haul. I was told that since I went through so much hardship that a $50 credit would be applied to my account and never was.

Called for reservation and no answer. Physically went to store for reservation. Once there they helped. Then reserved truck and rented truck with a broken ramp. Upon returning truck they say it should not have been rented but offer no discount even upon request from me as the customer. Just a thought as well. Would be nice if gas is more when returned that there be a discount for the gas as that does cost the customer as well. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience. I use U-Haul at least once per year.
