I also appreciated the day before my rental receiving a phone call from the UHaul place I was picking my 15' truck up at that they didn't have it. They directed me to the Henderson Blvd. location. I worked then with Janice to organize my picking up of the truck. She was very helpful, polite and professional. On my way to pick up my truck, I had to reach out to her for guidance. She was patient, understanding and efficient. When I arrived and checked out my 15' truck, it was in good shape, and clean. I was back in time to return the truck, and Janice assisted me with backing in and checking the truck. She is an exceptional individual, very smart. I was glad to have her support. Thank you.
