AIRPORT Storage was great and very helpful. I was in a jam because the original place I reserved a uhaul through was no longer at that location. And it was very crucial that I had a uhaul with a ramp so that I could deliver several items to a customer that needed the items immediately. What a great team the ladies at AIRPORT Storage was. Very kind and worked it out so I could make my delivery on time.

Michael S.Couldn't do much but was nice enough
Michael M.I was called and given two options to pick up the vehicle that were different than my requested pickup time because the location did not have staff coverage. I was "compensated" with an "extra" day free which I did not need to begin with. To add to this "compensation" I got charged for extra mileage when I dropped off the vehicle. So much for compensating me for the inconvenience caused by your representative.
