While reserving it said this location was available 24/7. That was not true. I had to wait an hour to get vehicle. I was trying to get the truck early before it got too hot but that didn't happen. Truck was damaged all over and had a horrible wobble between 45 mph and 60 mph.

This location was over 9 miles from my destination verses the 1.6 mile uhaul facility I had requested for my return .
Edward DThe guy who was working could not help me with my rental so I had to wait for another person to come 10 minutes later. They both seemed nice but not the type of service I would recommend. The trucks window was very dirty and after I left I realized the window wipers did not work when I tried to use the wipers to clean the window. The truck was overall clean except the front window.
Mark JThis was a terrible experience all around. The man did not speak one world of English, had zero idea of what to do for a return, no computer, tried to take a picture of my DL, tried to keep my paperwork, and had no idea how to open the trailer door to look inside! He also did not offer to help me unhook the trailer and it’s my opinion, that he couldn’t have unhooked it anyway. This should NOT be an authorized Uhaul place and should be looked at. I would be ashamed for my company to allow this as a pick up and drop off location.
