i was billed twice after paying after returning the truck rental. I called and was told id be called back and that never happen. No explanation on why i should be charged days after once again for services i paid for after physically returning the truck as i received it.

I made a reservation for a 20' truck one month before my move date. My preferred pickup location was U-Haul of Ballard (1119 NW Leary Way, Seattle, WA) and my pickup time was 7:00 am. I went in to the Ballard location days prior to buy boxes and confirm the reservation. The employee told me not to check in before 8:00 am because the supplies I ordered with the truck (furniture pads and dolly) wouldn't be ready since the store opens at 7:00 am and they don't prepare the trucks on time. He said that's just the way things are. I received an email less than two days before my move that said, "We have a 20' Moving Van and Furniture Pads and Utility Dolly reserved for you and guaranteed Saturday, 9/29/2018 at 8:00 AM. We are located at 2925 S 112TH ST, TUKWILA, WA 98168." The Tukwila facility is a 30-minute drive from the Ballard location, and the pickup time was one hour later than my reservation. I called the Ballard facility, Tukwila, and a Uhaul "Traffic Coordinator" line, none of which could explain why the location was so far from my requested pickup. They said that's just the way things are. The Tukwila location was confident my truck would be ready at 7:00 am and they corrected the pickup time to reflect my confirmed reservation. I took an Uber (more $ out of my pocket) to the Tukwila location and arrived at 7:00 am. They didn't have the truck I reserved. The employees said that's just the was things are. The offered me a different size and said take it or leave it. I took it, drove 30 minutes back to north Seattle, and packed. In summary, my reservation was not honored (truck, time, or location) and the customer service was horrible. I will never use U-Haul again.

I was charges an aditional 16.00 for no reason. Im not happy and wont be using uhaul again!! I drove all over looking for the uhual drop off and was told to go to another uhaul location so my miles went up. I returned it with the gas over half full. The whole experience was not good.

Andrea Bush was RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Also , I had gone on the website and ordered a van at the university Ave location. I did not see anything at the start of the reservation that I would not get the van from that location. I even have a screen shot showing it was where the van would be. Then uhaul calls and tells me the closet van is 10 miles away. I have to accept it because we already had people coming to move. I ask if I'm still going to be charged the 20 miles extra for being switched to this further at location. And was informed yes.. so I take the reservation I really has no choice at this point. I do the mobile check in. I get to the location and there's a huge line. Andrea announces that if anyone has done the mobile check in they can come and get the key . IT DIDN'T WORK. So even though I had done the mobile checkin I still had to wait 35+minutes. I finally get to Andrea, we get paperwork done. I mention the fact I HAD done the mobile checkin and nothing happened. She stated the site had been doing things wrong all morning.. I get the keys, i had also requested a moving dolly, not a hand dolly. Andrea brought me a hand dolly, I explained that was the wrong dolly, andrea barks "well. That's not what you marked " I stated yes it was, she stomps off and gets the other dolly announcing it's not her fault, she proceeded to stomp outside places the dolly at the curb, shoves a key in my hand, does not even show me where the van is.. I have to ask her. She waves to the parking lot and stomps off. Aside from the van being new, this whole experience was awful

make sure you have the right vehicle for the customer so they don't have to go back and rent another vehicle so they don't waste there money like I am doing thanks U-Haul for nothing.

Employees should conduct a thorough inspection of vehicles before and after customers pick-up/return the vehicle. Make sure your equipment is swept and cleaned before giving keys to the next customer. Vehicles should always have the option of being returned at ANY location. The price charge for mileage is too expensive. I am highly disappointed with the experience I had with U-haul. I will not recommend your company’s services to anyone I know.

We were told there wasn't any 26ft trucks available so we reserved the 20ft truck. But when we got there they said they didn't have a 20ft one. They only had a 26. Which was alright for me because that's what I wanted. Just seems to me if you were reserving a certain type and size then a vehicle should be there.

I had to use this location which is farther away from the one I wanted to use because my reservation couldn't be met for a 26-foot truck although I reserved one weeks ahead of time. I did receive the $50 credit from Uhaul and I was also told that a supervisor would call me back but I never did receive a call from the supervisor.
