There were no workers at this location even though we returned our vehicle during Posted open hours. We had to call regional telephone number and speak to a very helpful agent to leave our rental vehicle at this location.Diane Y.
Complaint. The gasoline fill neck was not connected to the fuel tank. When I tried to fill the tank with gas, it went all over the ground at the gas station. Check your service records to see if the fuel tank was recently worked on. I put the fill tube into the rubber hose leading into the tank in order to put gasoline in, but did not have a screw driver to tighten the worm gear clamp holding the assembly together. I registered this complaint when I returned the truck, and the receiving clerk was professional and well mannered.LELAND D.
Ambassador was fine, I expected to pick up from In Road, was told to go to Oracle instead. Oracle did not have a 26' truck either, so I was sent to Ambassador. 20 miles and two hrs later I was finally able to begin loading, which I did't complete then until the following day. After that the trip went fine, truck was adequate and powerful enough on the hills.Jeffrey M.
Customer service was friendly, but the truck was not cleaned. I cleaned the dashboard myself with Lysol. Also, it appeared the truck was in an accident and not properly fixed? The passenger door was a bit hard to open. I might recommend this location again provided they start cleaning the trucks.TRINA S.

My requested pickup location and equipment were modified without my consent. I requested a 10 ft truck but got a 15ft truck. This was highly annoying. I went to two other locations the scheduler directed me to visit but both were closed. That was even more annoying, but the scheduler gave me a discount for the aggravation. The truck I ended up with didn't work very well. It refused to downshift correctly. This was highly stressful. Checkin guy thought this was a problem with a vacuum seal? Never-the-less I doubt I'll be renting from U-Haul ever again.Francis B.

Original drop off point was not available So dropped off here. Was not checked in and a month later received a bill for gas My friend and I made sure that we filled it to 3/4 as requested. This was a dump of a place to pick this up. I specifically did not accept the insurance on the online rental agreement and when the final charges came through it included this insurance. I should have looked at it, but I feel this was either the local provider or uhaul working on the theory people don't review these very closely. I believe this a deceptive business and I going on social media to point this out.William S.
