Put fuel in
Slade BI had nothing but problems with your app. It sat there and act like it was constantly loading took a half hour to pick up the truck and took a half hour to drop off the truck. I don’t know if it was problems with app that particular day?
Louis MThe facility was great. The app, however, was atrocious. It took me, what should have been more like 15, 70 minutes to attempt to login and pick up, watch videos, re-scan my license and add my payment info (which had already been done to reserve), then had to sit on hold for 35 minutes waiting for U-Haul to “update my request”. Horrible experience with the app, i will not use that again any time soon, and may affect if i use U-Haul ever again.
James KIt would have made our day easier had the tow dolly been available from this location so we could have gotten everything from here (where our storage locker was).
