Truck had no washer fluid, causing problems during the snowstorm on the way back. Moderate pain in the rump. Pickup/inspection/dropoff details weren't made clear but the truck was ready on time and was easy to drop off. Employees aren't wearing any Uhaul branding so it's unclear they're the right people to give the keys to.
The truck showed an engine light on and a low tire pressure message on the dashboard who was was felt...also, when going to get the truck I waited 20 minutes or more to just get the truck. They should add a message that you will wait up to 30 minutes for a truck. I was late for my move due to the wait..
Only problem was lack of dolly and furniture pads

My reservation was cancelled twice. Then when I called to inquire about it I was sent to a other location resulting in more UBER $$$, then came back to this location and finally got my rental on my own through the online check in. However still waiting for 2 x $50 cancellation fees to be refunded.

The truck I ordered wasn't there. The truck I received had low tire pressure and had broken blind spot mirrors. Didn't feel safe driving it.
Even thought I checked in online the process to get the truck still took 20+ minutes
Stop lying to people. Stop using shady businesses as customer service agents. Have more integrity and respect for your brand. Educate your franchisees better. Have professional standards for your brand and who you associate it with.
I reserved a 20' truck at 456 Parliament St on November 26. My reservation number is 20998775. I arrived at 9am and was told that my reservation was not in their system. They eventually brought up my reservation and it had a note on it that the day before I had been contacted by phone and told that my reservation was at another location. I checked my phone and my email and I was never notified of this nor did anyone call and speak with me. This location then sent me to 211 Gerard St where they said my reservation was changed to. I took an Uber to this location where the person working there informed me that they had no trucks and my reservation was actually changed to 87 Ethel street which was 45 minutes away by car. I called this location 5 times and no one answered. I did not trust traveling 45 minutes by Uber ($$) to the new location with a high potential that they had no truck for me either. I do not own a car and would never book nor agree to change my rental location to somewhere so far away given that I booked my truck a block away from where I was moving to ensure an easy pick up and drop off. I don't understand how my reservation was moved without anyone notifying me, then claiming I was notified and â€˜spoken to' in my reservation notes. This especially surprises me given that I booked the truck a month before I needed it and the â€˜notice' I was given (it never actually happened) was claimed to have been given to me a day before my move. This caused huge stress during an already hectic situation and I can't emphasize how unprofessional the entire ordeal was. I will never recommend your company to any friends as I would fear they would have to go through what me and my girlfriend went through yesterday and I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. Sincerely, a very displeased customer.

Every time I use U-Haul there is a problem! This time I was charged twice for everything $103 instead of $51 for some unknown reason and the mattress cover that I ordered wasn't available at the store even though they said I could go pick it up. So much inconvenience for a company that's supposed to make your life easier.

The customer service are rude. Over charge customers and not willing to understand customer needs. Strongly suggest to stay away as the lady who works here is extremely rude

The location added $15 secure move without my permission. I had selected not needed when reserving online and they added it anyways in the store.
The truck that I reserved was not available, despite reserving it. I didn't receive my truck until 3 0plus minutes after my arranged time, this caused me to not be able to return it before closing. This then led to me having to drive it home and park overnight and I was overcharged for miles that didn't need to be driven if I received my truck on time.
This location is disgusting. Absolutely terrible customer service. I got a damaged truck an hour late with no equipment that I rented.
I ordered a 15 foot truck and they didn't have one available. They noted that they'd waive the dolly and gas but did not waive the dolly. They also charged me $15 in insurance that I didn't agree to pay.
