It's not the location's a fault, but I definitely think the 10 feet truck is not what one would consider â€œenoughâ€ to move out of a 1 bedroom condo. The recommendations on u-haul's website for 1 Bedroom are pretty misleading for someone that may not have experience with moving.Grissel C.

When I went to get the van, the window had been left open and it was wet inside. The trucks are packed so close to each other and I had hard time getting into van - had to go through passenger side. The people at the store were rude. I really did not like the experience at all.Ian H.

I booked at 320 Queen East. My booking was moved, without my knowledge, to 456 Parliament. My pickup timewas 8:30, but 456 Parliament didn't open until 9:00AM. Truck's passenger door was damaged making it hard to close, and unable to lock.William S.

The process was quite straightforward. The instructions from the location, for overnight parking, were clear. The equipment was clean and in good condition. My rental experience was quite positive. However, getting my rental may not have started out well. I was waiting quite sometime after the booked rental period. I got the rental 30min after by 7pm appointment. The staff at this location were not the most responsive. A lady before I had been waiting for an hour. I wasn't sure what the delay was, but by the time this customer before me was handled my transaction was easy. But, it does seem likely that you will not get your rental at the time you booked it.MANNING W.

Covid measures were not followed. Got charged for 146 miles when in reality I only used it for 20 kilomÃ¨tres. My reservation was for 10:30am and they didn't have it until 2:30 PM.Adam M.
This is the worst experience that I have ever had while renting a moving truck. I received a truck with a dirty cabin (unacceptable during a pandemic) and an almost empty tank. When I returned the truck, the tank was almost full and then I got an invoice with incorrect billing. Upon contacting their customer service department to ask for a refund on the gas left in the truck and the incorrect billing amount that I was being charged, they only offered to correct their billing mistake while I am now out of almost $120 for the gas. I am certainly never renting a truck from your company ever again and expect to see this situation on social media and the poor business practices this company has in place.Jose Ricardo Rau P.

I believe I was overcharged for my recent rental experience. 1) I picked up the vehicle with about 1/2 full tank, and returned the vehicle with more than 7/8 full tank. Instead of being credited for extra filled tank, I was charged even more. 2) The customer support center specialist assured me that they have put 300km allowed mileage into my order. For some reason, the receipt indicates the mileage charge added to my contract. Is there any reason for that? It is very frustrating that I have to dig into the final contract statement to figure out if there is something wrong and why the charges on my account are not as I expect it to be.Alexey F.
