I have used Uhaul's services in many locations, but this is by far the worst. I had 2 days in a row to come here to rent a truck and both times I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my reservation, the staff here worked slowly, unprofessional.

waited an hour to get my truck, when they brought the truck(not sure where it was parked but i stood around for 15 minutes) it wasn't what i ordered, when i questioned the individual they said they didn't look at my online reservation and to make it worse my truck was sitting at the location the whole time...before i went to leave i opened the back and the floor was dirty(looked like drywall dust), the blankets etc that i ordered were not in the truck and the dollie i ordered wasn't available, when i started to drive away the gas guage was reading empty........So the individuals that were waiting to help me move stood around for an hour........

The person on the front desk was nice, who helped me with the paperwork and stuff, but the guy who handed over the vehicle had no people skills, and at some point was shouting at me because I was asking questions about the vehicle. You should seriously look into either hiring the right people or training them in customer service skills. Also the office itself was dirtier than a public toilet. No complaints about the equipment. My work was done, but I don't think I'll ever step foot into this location again.

I am new to driving the large vehicles and parking in Toronto is tough so this was a huge help. This is my second time renting from this location and I would 100% recommend. Although it is further from my new address would go back for another move.

Kyle M.I booked a different rental equipment which was supposed to cos 19.95 and 0.59/km but due to unavailability I was switched to a different vehicle and now my charges were 29.95 and 1.43/km. This is not acceptable. And even though it doesn't matter I returned the truck within 3 hrs.

It was VERY DIRTY, like disgusting, had to take a shower just for being in it. Not to mention that i received it 20 minutes late, which made me late for my elevator appointment. There was probably 10 people in line before they opened. The premises were also super dirty - looked like someone's basement suite more than a U-Haul. If doing the self check-in/pick-up option, you still have to wait in line to get the key…which defeats the purpose. There is no lockbox at this location. Also super disorganized. The trucks are either parked on the street or in the back lot which is an unpaved lot down an alleyway. Personally, I will never go to this location ever again.

Dishonest people, charging for more. Never ever going again to rent another truck with them or in that location. They did not even have a drop-box where to put the keys after returning the truck. Please check that location, is not good at all.

F. Alberto M.1. Having someone available to check the vehicle before they go out. We were given a faulty vehicle (one headlamp was burnt out and the other had faulty wiring) and the battery died. 2. Better customer service. When the incident was reported to them, they were cold and heartless 3. Where the vehicles were parked was dirty, and dilapidated.

I was looking for that and not the lower placed Uhaul sign on Parliament. He was very accommodating and patient! I just couldn't discern the driveway/place to park.
