Return experience was not the best for me. When I came lots of trucks from Uhaul parking lot were on a move, I was not able to park mine or properly return it. But I am good with the invoice I have received and the return looks to be processed alright.Sergey B.

Disgusting experience. Did not have the vehicle I reserved, forced to take 10 foot truck and shouted at multiple times by the dealer and whoever they were on the phone with. Had to return 4 hours later to get the right truck. New truck given in disgusting condition, first everywhere, gas at 0, can very dirty and dusty. They just drove it over and gave it to me, clearly no cleaning done or sanitizingâ€¦ we are in a pandemic and the state of the truck was completely unacceptable. Uhaul should be embarrassed of the experience provided. The delay mentioned above cause me to be late to my own wedding weekend. Thank you for the additional added stress. Uhaul should make this right with a full refund, although like the rest of my experience writing this review will likely just end up being a waste of my time. Pathetic business practice.Stephane B.

Please do not go here. Terrible service, terrible equipment, and terrible experience. They overcharge you on everything. I never received my equipment (dolly and furniture pads) and they charged me over $200 even though they told me I would get reimbursed. The management does not communicate with you at all. No important information or any at all is given to you on the dispatch. You will not know the details of the contract before you sign. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR MILEAGE. They stated I went over 50km then I actually did. They also charged me 12$/mile (1.609km) when its supposed to be 0.89$/ km. They DO NOT DO BUSINESS CLEANLY. I have read multiple reviews on this place. They will try and SCAM you if they can. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.william K.

I am upset with the mileage that was attributed to my use of the van. I was charged for 78 km of use and drove less than 20 km as measured by Google maps for the round trip. I have no proof of the mileage at either start of trip or end of trip as the odometer was set on a "distance to empty" not on a cumulative mileage for the vehicle. I would not trust U-Haul again. The dollar value of my loss is relatively small but the principle involved is big. On a mobile contract you have o be able to trust the vendor on the accuracy of the details.MALCOLM M.

At this location, there appeared to be only two staff and a very small lot where they stored their trucks. The line at this location was very long with one staff member (very slowly) booking rentals, and the other staff member moving trucks around. Luckily, the online booking system and check in system through U-Haul and the U-Haul app are fantastic. I was able to quickly find my truck and verify the pickup. Unfortunately, at this location, the only way to get the keys (even after verifying the pickup through the app) is to stand in line. I even asked the individual moving the trucks, and he said that I have to stand in line. Therefore, after finding the truck and being verified through the app, it still took almost an hour to receive the keys. Considering that I was moving from one condo to another condo, and had elevators booked for a set time, and the time spent in line ate into my elevator/moving time, this U-Haul experience made for a very difficult and stressful move (as my 2 hour timeframe was reduced to less than an hour by time I got the truck and made it back to the condo). Also, less detrimentally, to return the truck, I again had to stand in a very slow line. Overall, I think the U-Haul booking and pickup system through the app are fantastic, but the overall experience was ruined by the specific location not having a convenient way to receive the keys once being checked in through the app. In its current state, I would not use or recommend this location in the future. The appointment feels like it wasnt organized.. The truck preparation only started upon my arrival. I was told I need to be back by 8 (even though my reservation is til 11 pm) or keep the truck for the night, but I don't have a park spot for a truck this size. No one answered my call when I was trying to figure out what to do if I couldnt make it before 8. Staff however is super friendly towards customers. They were really attentive the time I was waiting there. The truck was a very good size to make my move happens, so overall my experience was great!CHENG L.

Honestly, everything. The service was poor, the location is not that great. The expectation created via the website is a polar opposite of the actual experience. Besides delaying me for almost an hour that made me rush my move to meet my elevator reservation at my new building, the most annoying part was messing up arrangements for drop-off - website provides options for this, but the person there yesterday unapologetically said we'd have to find overnight parking and pay out of pocket to keep the van there. Also, somehow, the van I rented which is supposed to be the most fuel efficient option DRINKS fuel. These vehicles definitely need maintenance.Villiase I.

Vehicle had animal fur inside and I have just the allergies that could be triggered by it, and it did. I had swollen and watery eyes, continuous sneezing and harsh cough because someone from U-Haul did not care to pick up the fur left behind in the truck.Shaurya J.
