Nobody answers the phone even during supposed "business hours". The sign says call 24/7 for assistance but when I locked my personal keys in the U-Haul, my bonehead mistake I know, I couldn't get anyone to answer nor call back. I heard from them about 20 hours later, with a text. I immediately messaged back to get a time to meet someone there to get my keys and no response. Tried calling 3 times and texting twice over the next few hours and heard nothing. I will never rent from them again and will strongly urge people on Facebook and word of mouth to NEVER use them.

Ron MNot have to walk trough snow above my boots , not have to clean off all the 6inches of snow and ice from the windshield . Barely got out of the unplowed snow ice covered parking lot . Starter stuck on day two and cost me and my company 4 labor hours @$165 per hour bill rate .
Bradley FThis is a self-serve drop off location so there weren't any personnel to speak with. When using the app to go through the self-serve drop off process the app crashed when I was in the section where you take/load pictures of the vehicle. When I reopened the app, it said I was done...but I didn't know what to do next (where to put the keys?...lock the doors?...anything else?). The best I could do was to get a call back from customer service 2 hours later, so I signed up for that. Meanwhile, we found a drop box for the key and hoped we weren't missing anything. When on the phone with customer service later she confirmed we were all good, but it was kind of stressful getting stranded by the app in the middle of the process.
